Absolutely loved my visit to the YT Mill over the weekend👌 The staff were super friendly and helpful. Cafe was great and as expected the bike displays were unreal! Sadly I wasn't shopping for a bike on this occasion but did walk away with some YT merch from their selection which was also very well priced. Will definitely be back👊

Love this place. It makes YT not feel like a direct sales set up. Everyone is always friendly and nothing is too much bother. I would go as far to say that you are buying into an experience not just buying a bike. If you are thinking of buying a YT bike then get into the mill, test ride (for free) different sizes and models and make a choice based on experience rather than geo charts.

(June 2022) I took my new YT Decoy in the box over there yesterday. The guys and girls have set it up - all ready for the 1st outing tomorrow. Super friendly environment. 1 very happy customer here. Update (June 2023) 1 week ago I picked my bike up from its 1st annual check up. All the staff at the mill are still enthusiastic and helpful; & I still love my bike. It doesn’t get the hardest use, but has certainly done a fair few miles; roll on summer..

Great service and overall experience at the YT Mill Surrey Hills. Our groups demoed 4 bikes. After a delicious coffee we took them out for a long ride straight from the store. The bikes were great, and the team helping us friendly and knowledgeable. The beer at the end refreshing. Would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are in the market for a new bike.

A massive thank you to Adam and the team at YT in Guilford London. Myself and my son were invited to test ride a set of mountain e-bikes. We travelled to and from Scotland in a day so had limited time. The experience and customer service was fantastic, felt like VIPs. Chauffeured in the YT branded van, we spent several hours in the Pealakes hills with Adam leading the way putting the 2024 Decoy 5 Mx through its paces in very challenging conditions following extreme wet weather. We demoed both the medium and the large frames noting we are both 5 foot 8 (172cm) and thus right on the line for size choices. The Decoy Mx is a mullet set up 27.5 at the rear and 29inch front end, it's running shimanos latest EP801 motor and a 720w custom made YT battery. The bike weighed in at around 23KG, felt extremely well balanced. We had a choice motor profile settings and choose to go with the simple eco/ trail/ boost option which was perfect for the quick changes in terrain. We asked alot from the bikes as we pedalled through mud pits between 6-12 inches in depth, large wet and slippy rooted technical decents and climbs along with fast rutty slippy sections, rollers, table tops, gap jumps. The bikes were extremely stable felt really comfortable both in the air and and on the ground. If anyone is unsure of size choice like us and having tried both sizes we both felt the smaller medium sized frame felt punchier, more playful and the right choice of geometry for us personally. This was our first experience on a YT bike ever and we have to say the spec, build quality is amazing. Couple that with absolutely great customer service so far makes our decision an easy one. YT having invested in a facility with direct sales in the UK market is a smart move on their part. For us that made the difference. If you are looking for your next e-bike I can't recommend them enough. Great customer service, high spec components, high build quality, good value for money, deal direct with manufacturer, stunning looking bikes. What more can you ask for.
