I visited for takeaway recently, and I noticed the waiter's initial reaction when I walked in wearing a hoodie and slippers. It seemed like there might have been a concern about allowing me to dine in but that wasn't my plan anyways. However, I really enjoy the food there; it's always a solid 10/10 whenever I visit. Perhaps creating a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers, regardless of attire, could enhance the overall experience.
Our family of 5 just flew in from Spain this afternoon. Exhausted, our BnB owner recommended Zeno. What an experience! We were treated like family and the food, wine and cocktails were all exceptional. Thank you.
Fantastic meal out with the family yesterday. Delicious, authentic Italian food that reminded me of being with my family in Italy. Wonderful, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere! Absolutely recommend and I will be going back. Thank you!
