Phenomenal service from Binta! I ordered a cappuccino, I am very picky about how I like my cappuccinos made and she did a splendid job in making it. The milk foam was done perfectly and the coffee wasn’t too bitter as well! She made sure all my questions were answered as it was my first time ordering from Black Sheep and I will definitely come back because of her amazing customer service!
Had a great experience at this Black Sheep this morning. Completely unexpected at an airport coffee joint! They had run out of what I’d ordered so gave me an ample replacement worth considerably more than what I paid. The chap serving me was really sorry but approached the issue in a way I haven’t seen for a long time. I rarely wrote reviews but felt I had to hear as all the staff were cheery and it’s made my day.
Really lovely friendly staff - the best coffee you can get in the airport and excellent eats.. all combining into great value - again for an airport (we all know these concessions get clobberred on their rent). So what's not to love... 😀
