The best pub food I ever had including the fish and chips which are the best example of the quintessential item of British pub cuisine you will ever find. The Sunday roast menu was excellent as well. Great drinks and great atmosphere. The place certainly lived up to and surpassed the hype.
Officially the best food I've ever had in a pub. It sounds like I'm exaggerating it, but I'm not. Fish and chips was pretty damn good, and promise me, when you visit, HAVE THAT STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING. The other desserts may have more appealing names, but that sticky toffee pudding is what gave me sweet dreams that night. Yeah. It's that good.
Beautiful restaurant with a large beer garden outside. Food was amazing, though the menu is small, we were still able to accommodate everyone on the table. Service was fantastic!
Came here for a lovely meal! Hamburgers are absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! Fish and chips is absolutely lovely and the staff are wonderful! Pricing is ABIT on the higher side but for special occasions it's really fantastic!
Amazing Sunday lunch! Great location next to the river, good choice of beers and really friendly and professional service. Food was superb and a great atmosphere. Huge beer garden.
