Everything we ordered was delicious, service was friendly and the ambiance was lovely. Didn’t get a photo of the focaccia, but will go back just for that!
Food was fantastic but the service was even better! Peter was so lovely and made us feel very welcome, will definitely be returning for some more delicious focaccia and ragu. Also they did a lovely surprise birthday desert for my partner which made his evening. Thanks so much for a memorable evening,
Food was delicious - stand out for me was the Ragu, you can really tell all the pasta is made fresh. Great atmosphere in the restaurant as well. Given it 4 stars because it is quite pricey (maybe a tad over priced) but other than that it was great.
Food was sensational and the ambience was perfect. Service was really friendly, a tad slow at times but we weren’t in a rush so not the end of the world. Everything from the bread to dessert and wine was 10/10 but the porchetta was stand out above the rest. Cannot wait to come back!
My partner and I had our New Year’s Eve meal here (yes we’ve reached the age of a meal being preferable to a night out!) Anywho - we were treated to a NYE menu which was fantastic and - as I understand it - showcases the year’s Sorella menu. The flavours were absolutely fantastic. I felt there was absolutely a rustic, homely, and familial flavour in every dish reminiscent of what grandmother or mother may have made; whilst a display of elegance that really elevated the dishes. The ossobuco was outstanding - and exemplifies how you can turn what is largely a humble cut into a flavour festival. Finally, the bread was unreal. Genuinely. All in all, one of the best meals we’ve had in 2024 and a great way to end the year. We’ll come back in 2025 and would recommend to others!
