Went to Sabi for a deeply healing and relaxing back neck and shoulder massage. Sabi made me feel at ease and worked intuitively, checking in and providing a much needed relaxing experience 🤩

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a wax after meeting Sabi! I was looking for somewhere to go to have a Hollywood wax for the first time, after reading her Google reviews I was sold. Sabi really does look after you, she is friendly and kind and she does all she can to make you feel comfortable during your treatment. Sabi makes what could be considered an “intimidating” treatment a completely easy experience. I’d recommend Sabi every single time!

Been visit Sabi for a year for my waxing and couldn’t recommend her more! Brilliant customer service she gets to know you and your preferences, remembers to ask about topics you’ve previously spoken about and makes you feel at ease during her service. I always feel comfortable during the treatment and know that I’m in good hands - Sabi’s attention to detail is like no other, she will ensure you leave with smooth skin and teach you how to look after your skin between waxes :)

I had a bouncy blow dry with Chapette’s new apprentice ‘Scarlett’ last week and was super impressed. She was friendly, confident and amazing, working her magic on my unruly hair!! Great addition to the team, I think her blow dry bar will be big competition in town!! Go Scarlett!

Charlee has been fantastic.I have had botox and fillers,and really happy with the results,especially the lips.I was nervous about having my lips filled from a previous establishment,as it was so painful,but she made sure I was completely numbed,and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Will never go anywhere else now,and would 100% recommend without hesitation.Thank you Charlee.

My experience with Chapettes was perfect from start to finish. The girls were super helpful and reassuring when I called up, then pre-appointment advice was clear and I was made to feel so welcome when I arrived in their lovely Canterbury salon. Charlee was amazing; she has such a warm, infectious energy and put me immediately at ease in her company. The treatment itself was incredible and she went out of her way to tailor it to my specific concerns, which she addressed with genuine compassion and extreme sensitivity, something that made a huge difference. Karis was an absolute delight, greeting me with an enormous smile and suggesting specific treatments I might enjoy when I asked her for guidance. The experience was such a boost to my confidence and I'm already booked up to go back. You don't get this sort of service very often. Charlee and Karis have created something really special. Canterbury really lucked out 🫶

So patient, never felt rushed, we chatted how I wanted my hair cut, what would work, and what wouldn’t. I appreciated their gentle honesty. Very kind patient with me, lovely clean space and well lit (I am partially sighted and struggle if places are too dark) everything explained well and clearly (I am hard of hearing), reasonably priced. I felt at ease and I love the style of my cut. I will be back when my next cut it due and would highly recommend. I also love that you can get something to eat and drink whilst you wait for your appointment. The food is lovely too and the paying for food and hair at the same time made it much easier

I had a lovely lunch here with a friend, service was just right & the food was delicious. Then I spent a very relaxed hour with Lilly having a fabulous pedicure. Such a nice place and lovely people.

Fantastic service. Kiera was very friendly, polite and professional. She did an amazing job at neatening up my brows. The salon was warm and clean and cosy. The staff were able to accommodate seeing me a little bit earlier than I had booked in for which was really helpful. I’m forward to coming back next week for a different treatment.

I don’t think I have ever had a hairdresser hit my needs 100% until now!! Thank you so much Megan, not only did you listen you looked after me and my hair throughout, I loved how we both got in the zone me working on my laptop and cracked on with my hair. Megan was approachable and asked all the right questions on styles and practicality as well as talking me through the after care of the colour! I would highly recommend Megan especially if you are looking to be comfortable and want your colour done.

Jess is an absolutely amazing stylist! She works pure magic - my hair is in brilliant condition because of her skill and attention. I have absolute confidence in her advice about colour and hair care. Jess is great at taking my vision and making it a reality. I always leave the salon looking and feeling incredible!

Very friendly and professional. It’s taken me a few attempts to find a good salon in Canterbury and now I’ve managed it. I think I had Jess and she was lovely and so professional. I love my hair thank you! I usually don’t book at the end of a cut but this time I have as I know I’ll be returning.

I have visited twice in the last week and had 4 treatments. The first visit was for an exfoliating treatment followed by a full body massage with Karita. I had managed to book my treatments for the hottest day of the year but the room was a comfortable temperature and Karita made me feel at ease throughout. The products used felt very luxurious and it felt like a real treat. I went again for a facial followed by lash lift & tint with Madison. The facial was very relaxing and again such a treat! The eyelash perm & tint was the most comfortable time I've ever had this treatment. Although perming solution is never a pleasant smell my eyes weren't irritated and I didn't have any discomfort as I've had at other salons. I'm so pleased with my lashes! I was given a few samples of the products used in the facial to take home. They also offer a loyalty stamp card and when you have collected 10 stamps you receive 10% off.

I absolutely love it in here. It was the first ace I ever got my hair done and they were so sweet and accommodating, not rude in any way. The drinks are DELICIOUS that you get as well, making the experience so much better 💜

I took my mum here for a birthday treat, we both had facials in the dual treatment room, the hydration sensation facial was so good the ice globe massage was my favourite part so cooling and relaxing! Stacey and Madi were both lovely, they had good product knowledge and made us both feel at ease. They even managed to fit my mum in for a wash and blow dry after so she left feeling very refreshed. Thank you will be visiting again!!

Had high and lowlights with Danielle. She was fantastic. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and the results are just what I wanted. There was no pain which sadly I had become accustomed to with my old hairdresser. It was a lovely relaxing experience with a very talented hairdresser. I will be back. Thank you 😊

A gift from my daughter. It was also my daughters birthday. My Granddaughter came as well. We had such a great time. It was relaxing and fun. We had a go in the hot tub and sat for long periods in the sauna. Then went for our treatments that we had chosen. Back massage for Granddaughter which she said was brilliant. I had foot massage and toe nails painted. This was very, very good My daughter had hot stones on her legs and massage, she said she will definitely have it again. Happy days

No better place 🤍 Therapy is so friendly and welcoming - everyone is amazing. Whether it’s hair, nails or beauty, you know you’re in the best hands. The girls are always so accommodating with fitting in appointments around work hours and school holidays and making sure Christmas appointments get booked in early. It says a lot when the whole family have been going here for years so I couldn’t recommend Therapy highly enough.

Went to the Barn today had my hair cut with Steve,as a very nervous customer I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease straight away. Steve spent time giving advice on what would suit my hair but listened to me aswell. Felt like a different person cut was amazing and have something i can now manage ,my partner loved it too . Beautiful place aswell to have treatments booked again before leaving. Thankyou Steve for your time and patience, also lady on reception was so lovely too very welcoming. 10-10 see you in December.

Amazing experience at the Barn. They hosted a mini spa party for my 9 year old daughter. It was really fantastic, they went above and beyond to make the girls feel comfortable and my daughter said it was the best party she’d ever had. Big thanks to Beverley, Mel and all the team.

Had my hair straightened by Mel. My hair has never been in such good condition. Love it. Been going to the Barn for years Have my nails done and waxing by Vicki. Never disappointed. The rest of the team are wonderful always welcome me and treat me like a Princess. Would not go anywhere else xxx
