I have been going to Pure Beauty for many years now; their treatments are wonderful, and they evolve their offerings to adapt to changes in the industry. My favourite treatments are LVL, facials and gel pedicures. I regularly have my nails done and they always last really well! What's kept me there is that all of the girls are genuinely kind and lovely 😍 and with an out of town location, parking is easy and they offer late nights a few times a week too which is great.

Such a lovely & professional salon with wonderful treatments on offer. I would highly recommend the pedicure in the comfy chairs! Bronte is such a kind, bubbly and experienced beauty therapist! Thank you for all my relaxing treatments over the years🥰 Highly recommend, 5 stars!

Just love Pure, have been a client almost since it opened. The salon is lovely, such wonderful and professional therapists, so kind, expert and skilled- I have never been disappointed- I love all the girls but Bronte is my fav, there is nothing in beauty therapy that this girl can’t do! Fabulous

I've been going to Pure Beauty for many years now and mainly see Bronte but all of the girls are lovely. Bronte is amazing at pretty much everything and she's the only person I'll ever go to for waxing! I've recently started taking my 16 year old daughter there too and she loves the hot chocolate before her appointment and is now obsessed with her perfect eye brows and has asked about having regular facials too. Cannot recommend this salon and Bronte highly enough.

The place was extremely clean , tidy and aesthetically pleasing . The stuff was welcoming and friendly and very helpful answering any questions I might had . I visited De luxe skin and beauty clinic on January and I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very professional and confident in the answers to my questions while carrying out my consultation, the therapist was very friendly, caring and reassuring while carrying out my lazer hair removal. The room that my treatment was in was beautiful and clean. The clinic as a whole is lovely giving both a welcomming yet very professional feel. I will 100% be recommending them to my friends and will be back for sure. X

Had an awesome hair appointment with Vicky. Hadn’t been to get my hair cuts for awhile as trying to grow out a Bob and fringe - she gave great advice and I left very happy with my hair!

I went today with my daughter. She is SEN and struggles to adapt to new places. She didn't even want her hair washed. Casey was amazing. Patient, kind and funny. She made a real effort to make sure she was happy and comfortable and reassured throughout she has even asked to go back. Salons can be quite indicating at the best of times but she was amazing! Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back!

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Diamond in the dirt that one.

I have been going to Botanical Beauty Rooms for many years now, and have experienced a range of treatments including facials, massage, pedicures, & waxing. Generally, I see the same therapist, but I have also booked in with others from time to time, & all of them are very capable & put you at ease. The products used in the salon are top quality. I always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed & pampered! It's such a lovely, friendly salon - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Botanical Beauty for over ten years mainly for gel nails. I booked ahead for my maintenance ahead for six months (much needed as Nikki is so busy, not a surprise as she's genius). I have gone in with horribly broken & missing nails damaged nailbed & nothing has phased her. She is very skilled with the gel to build nails till it grows backs. With nail bars springing up everywhere people do not appreciate the training & skill required for a proper set of nails & maintenance. I particularly like how Nikki's team are trained, qualified & certificated. Developing from school leavers onwards they have all worked there for a few years as a stable business nurturing new talent. Botanical Beauty is not like some other salons, the team are very good at what they do. It's more than just gel colour & acrylic nails, while they will manage both, as they can repair too. I'm tough on my nails so have the LED gel and I have long nails and found otherwise they did not last. The prices for treatment and products are very reasonable. I'm all finished in well under 90 minutes and have always been fitted in around work so a late afternoon appointment always worked well for me.

Amazing Salon very friendly nothing is too much trouble and so helpful if not sure what or how to do things. Always makes me feel a million dollars highly recommend this beauty and hair salon.

What a lovely experience!! An online promotion persuaded me to try The Oast salon today and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I arrived (early) Danni was welcoming and attentive. She listened to what I explained I would like as a cut and then took me through for the shampoo. A lovely chair massage and a really theraputic hair wash and head massage made me feel very relaxed. A lovely latte and biscuits whilst Danni cut and styled my hair added to the experience. She took lots of time to ensure I liked the cut as she was trimming and styled my hair beautifully. My hair hasn't looked so good in a long time! I highly recommend the salon and in my experience, Danni as a lovely young lady and a super stylist. Great price and worth every penny! Many thanks, I WILL be back!

I’ve been visiting the Oast for a few years now, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is incredible, and Natalia has become a true friend for life. She’s warm, attentive, thorough and always takes the time to listen. Even with my first appointment with her it felt like I knew her already! Just overall perfect.

The best full body deep tissue massage I have ever had! Lauren is very friendly and highly skilled. She made me feel at ease and worked really hard. As a result, I feel like a new woman! Highly recommended. I have already booked my next massage.

I've never been so satisfied with a haircut before, genuinely. I think it was Chloe who cut my hair. She was a lovely girl and something about her made me feel really at ease. Along with putting you at ease as soon as you walk into the salon then you must visit Lisa at the Peach Bar. I visited here for a Hollywood wax with Lisa at 39 weeks pregnant - a really lovely, relaxed environment and overall great experience where I was made to feel comfortable throughout. The wax itself was virtually pain-free and it lasted for a good few weeks. Very happy - thank you!
