I have been going to Botanical Beauty Rooms for many years now, and have experienced a range of treatments including facials, massage, pedicures, & waxing. Generally, I see the same therapist, but I have also booked in with others from time to time, & all of them are very capable & put you at ease. The products used in the salon are top quality. I always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed & pampered! It's such a lovely, friendly salon - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Botanical Beauty for over ten years mainly for gel nails. I booked ahead for my maintenance ahead for six months (much needed as Nikki is so busy, not a surprise as she's genius). I have gone in with horribly broken & missing nails damaged nailbed & nothing has phased her. She is very skilled with the gel to build nails till it grows backs. With nail bars springing up everywhere people do not appreciate the training & skill required for a proper set of nails & maintenance. I particularly like how Nikki's team are trained, qualified & certificated. Developing from school leavers onwards they have all worked there for a few years as a stable business nurturing new talent. Botanical Beauty is not like some other salons, the team are very good at what they do. It's more than just gel colour & acrylic nails, while they will manage both, as they can repair too. I'm tough on my nails so have the LED gel and I have long nails and found otherwise they did not last. The prices for treatment and products are very reasonable. I'm all finished in well under 90 minutes and have always been fitted in around work so a late afternoon appointment always worked well for me.

Amazing Salon very friendly nothing is too much trouble and so helpful if not sure what or how to do things. Always makes me feel a million dollars highly recommend this beauty and hair salon.

I’ve been visiting the Oast for a few years now, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is incredible, and Natalia has become a true friend for life. She’s warm, attentive, thorough and always takes the time to listen. Even with my first appointment with her it felt like I knew her already! Just overall perfect.

What a lovely experience!! An online promotion persuaded me to try The Oast salon today and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I arrived (early) Danni was welcoming and attentive. She listened to what I explained I would like as a cut and then took me through for the shampoo. A lovely chair massage and a really theraputic hair wash and head massage made me feel very relaxed. A lovely latte and biscuits whilst Danni cut and styled my hair added to the experience. She took lots of time to ensure I liked the cut as she was trimming and styled my hair beautifully. My hair hasn't looked so good in a long time! I highly recommend the salon and in my experience, Danni as a lovely young lady and a super stylist. Great price and worth every penny! The best full body deep tissue massage I have ever had! Lauren is very friendly and highly skilled. She made me feel at ease and worked really hard. As a result, I feel like a new woman! Highly recommended. I have already booked my next massage.

I've been going to Pure Beauty for many years now and mainly see Bronte but all of the girls are lovely. Bronte is amazing at pretty much everything and she's the only person I'll ever go to for waxing! I've recently started taking my 16 year old daughter there too and she loves the hot chocolate before her appointment and is now obsessed with her perfect eye brows and has asked about having regular facials too. Cannot recommend this salon and Bronte highly enough.

I have been going to Pure Beauty for many years now; their treatments are wonderful, and they evolve their offerings to adapt to changes in the industry. My favourite treatments are LVL, facials and gel pedicures. I regularly have my nails done and they always last really well! What's kept me there is that all of the girls are genuinely kind and lovely 😍 and with an out of town location, parking is easy and they offer late nights a few times a week too which is great.

This hairdressers is great been coming here for a while and all the team are fab nr to home and don't have to pay for parking

Would highly recommend, I have botox, all face botox which gives a very natural look. Also filler in my cheeks and lips, again so natural. I always ask Charlotte for her advice and is honest and always advises and gives the best results. 5 star ⭐️

This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. I also felt much better knowing that she comes from a midwifery and health background. Thank you very much Charlotte I am very pleased with my subtle lip filler. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable about her products & gives great advice. She made me feel very calm about my treatments & made sure I was happy throughout my procedures. I would highly recommend her especially as she is medically trained. I know lots of Asthetics who are not & for me this was super important. I will definitely be a regular!

Louisa is very knowledgable about the treatments she offers and can help decide which is the best course of treatment for you based on your needs. I had a series of CACI treatments and these were delivered professionally and really did help improve my skin! Would definitely recommend and will be visiting for more treatments!

I get a Caci ultimate treatment at In you beauty and I can highly recommend it, Louisa knows her stuff and makes me feel at ease, nothing is too much trouble, her beauty room is beautiful with a lovely calm ambience. This treatment is like a facelift without the knife with the added bonus of Louisa's expert knowledge. Definitely a five star salon.

I had the no needle lip filler done today, it was the best experience. Very calming and lovely environment, this made my nerves go away. I’m bad with pain but the no needle lip filler is completely painless. I had a very enjoyable experience would recommend to anyone that is nervous or is not good with pain.

I look forward to my appointments with Louisa for a relax and little treat in lovely surroundings. It was great to find someone locally who can provide on dermaquest products and different types of treatments. I have so far tried the CACI LED light therapy which helped calm my skin and microdermabrasion which just makes my skin look fresher. Both are followed with a hydrating face mask which is my favourite part. I look forward to trying the new Cool lifting gun treatment next!

I’m about three weeks late posting this review, but better late than never! I had an appointment with John on 11 August, and he was absolutely fantastic. He did an excellent job with my hair, and his level of service was just incredible, he really went above and beyond. I would recommend anyone in Maidstone needing a hair appointment to come to Ava James!

One of the best tanning salons in Maidstone. The highlight is all the girls working there, beautiful inside and out. They came to my work for a work do and were so lovely so you just know these people have good hearts. They will help and assist where they can, the beds are hot and I’m always tanner after each session. Definitely recommend, thank you girlies! -Christina.

Massive shout out to Courtney I have spend years worried about microblading - I finally took the plunge yesterday after seeing how amazing she is with my nails and my word I don't regret it - my eyebrows are simply amazing - Courtney has picked the perfect shade, shape and has given me the exact look I was after - super natural and classic. A very talented young lady - thank you so much I love them! While I'm at it - such a friendly team of staff too - a real family feel.

I booked in last minute with sandra to get my hair cut today and she done an amazing job. She was very friendly and welcoming and knows how to style your hair with knowledge on your different hair types, she made me feel very comfortable and i feel so much more confident with my hair now all thanks to her. would definitely recommend thank you so much 🫶🏻

After being let down by another hair dressers last minute I contacted inspired heads to see if they could fit me in last minute and Sandra did just that & within 30 minutes from messaging her she replied & I was sat in the chair in her salon chatting about hair colours. I was very pleased with my cut & colour. Sandra has a lot of knowledge & advice with regards to hair colour & how to look after it. The whole environment was very chilled & relaxing. I 100% recommend Sandra at inspired heads and I will definitely be going back.

Had a wonderful experience today, such a lovely little Salon and Sandra is so friendly and gave me the best haircut I have had in a lonnng time, she listened to all my requests and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The haircut was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone , especially those who are sensitive to the noise of a bigger salon, this was the perfect experience for someone like me who does not normally enjoy having their hair cut, thank you 🙏

First time visiting Inspired Heads found Sandra is a very amazing hairdresser, she listens to you very well and advice/suggests afterwards according to your wish. Her saloon looks cozy and clean.
