This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. I had confidence in her not only because she is a professionally qualified nurse but because she answered all the questions and concerns I had kindly and without bias. Would highly recommend, I have botox, all face botox which gives a very natural look. Also filler in my cheeks and lips, again so natural. I always ask Charlotte for her advice and is honest and always advises and gives the best results. 5 star ⭐️

Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable about her products & gives great advice. She made me feel very calm about my treatments & made sure I was happy throughout my procedures. I would highly recommend her especially as she is medically trained. I know lots of Asthetics who are not & for me this was super important. I will definitely be a regular!
