I had my first cut with Kayla last week and I'm absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. Kayla's incredibly warm and welcoming, she was very informative, she listened to me and advised me. I'm so pleased with the results, I'll definitely be coming back. Definitely the best hair cutting experience I've had, thank you Kayla!

The day of my hair cut there had been an accident on the m60 and Kayla made sure she notified me that she would be late and kept me updated of the delay via text message. It was my first visit for a curly cut with Kayla and she really took the time to talk about what I wanted, advising what would work well and how she would achieve the end result. I felt instantly relaxed about my decision to try a new hairdresser from her obvious knowledge and experience in dealing with different types of curls. Kayla made sure I was comfortable and I never felt like she was rushing the appointment in order to get back on track after the late start.

She gave me the most amazing head massage whilst washing my hair and she clearly understood the times I wanted to be silent and enjoy the experience and the times I wanted to chat more. I will definitely be booking my next cut with her where I feel like I could be even more adventurous and choose a change in colour in addition to a reshape and trim.

I needed to stop.with the boxes of ‘off the shelf’ hair dye. This was my first colour appointment with Kayla and was everything I had hoped for. A totally amazing hair experience, from consultation, products, cutting, styling and drying. You get it all with an unbelievable amount of trust knowing your hair is simply getting the best. When you meet somebody who has all this skill it’s extraordinary!

I saw Kayla for a consultation before my first cut. Firstly I would like to mention that the salon is so relaxing and the staff are so friendly! Having a consultation was really helpful, Kayla took so much time to make sure I felt comfortable with any cuts going ahead and how I can manage my curls. For years I have not understood my texture very well so it definitely helped going to an expert before making any style commitments. The consultation was free and there was no pressure at all to move forward immediately which is very refreshing. All the staff are wonderful, clients are friendly and the salon is stunning. Cannot wait for my upcoming cut!
