Have used Chris for a couple of jobs in different houses now! Alway very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. We once had to get him out on a Sunday for an emergency visit when our security alarm kept tripping - he came out quickly, resolved our issue and charged us a reasonable rate!

Chris did some work for me when I moved into my new house at the start of the year. He did a quality job on the work required from my homebuyer report, and he also spotted and resolved an issue with my bathroom light which I'm very glad was caught early on. He was quick to respond for a quote and communication was great leading up to the work. Very happy with the results, would definitely recommend.

Visited this pleasant little coffee shop a number of times and most recently today for eggs benedict which was delicious and served promptly. A log burner adds a cosy ambience for the cold and wearied! The venue is small so be prepared to get there early for breakfast, especially on weekends and there isn't any practical space for prams and buggies.

Stopped off for 30 minutes while I had time to kill. Delicious hot chocolate (£2.20 - bargain), warm fire and cozy atmosphere. Locals seemed to know and enjoy the place a lot.

Great range of food for breakfast. Plenty of options including veggie options. Super reasonably priced. We also ordered cake to go which was amazing. Friendly staff and a lovely place to go. We went on a Saturday and it was very busy, so to not be disappointed, I would call ahead and book a table.

Richard from RKM electrical did a lot of work for me following a large house extension. He was very reliable, punctual and also was flexible. There were a few problems that had been left by the previous electrician and builders. Richard worked around them and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A very pleasant personable character who I would highly recommend and I will certainly use in the future.

Richard fixed my bathroom fan that had stopped working and noticed it had been wired wrong. He went and purchased a new fan and rewired it which also fixed the issues with the bathroom lights not working. Would definitely recommend!

James came out to service our boiler on Tuesday of this week and unfortunately condemned the boiler . He was straight to the point and advise us of our options.We opted to have a new combi boiler fitted which by 8 o clock on weds morning the lads came to start the job.... They were both very professional and kept both me and hubby updated with everything that they were having to do and thankfully left us with heatingand hot water that same night. They came back this morning to finish the job off and we are both delighted at the service they both provided and it was done so professionally and in a timely manner .. I felt so pleased with the job that I felt I needed to express my thanks to Peter the owner and to the 2 lads who came and sorted us with a new boiler. Excellent service ... Thanks Guys.....

I asked these guys to carry out some electrical work for me after buying a new house. They were great! Fantastic communication and the guys who visited me were very informative keeping me in the loop the whole time. First class. I can recommend Chris. He was local to us. I phoned him to disconnect a cable from a consumer unit. This cable fed our old garage, and as we are planning to dismantle it shortly, we needed the supply removing. He came round within 15 mins, tested the cable at each end first and then isolated the cable in question by completely removing it from the consumer unit. A big thank you to Chris. He's a nice guy to deal with and I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

Really nice little place tucked away on town street. Lovely decorations inside that gives off a really cosy vibe. The food is on the more expensive side but it’s amazing! Definitely recommend the pistachio croissant. Very friendly, helpful staff too!

Why has it taken me so long to visit! Cute addition to Farsley, best coffee in the village by a long way. Loved the sandwich and cake selection. Had a freshly made and toasted focaccia with falafel and hummus, with a flat white. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! And couldn’t resist some cannoli to take home

I’ve had all my electric works done by BJA for years and highly rate them to family and friends. They’ve recently helped with a renovation of my kitchen and lounge at home which involved a full re-wire and a new fuse board. 10/10, Andy helped right from the outset with the design and the rest of the team were a delight to have working at my house! I even caught Pete with a vacuum which you don’t often see from a tradesman!
