Very good and tidy worker - keeps mess under control even when removing old tiles etc. Knows his stauff and inspires confidence which is not misplaced. Has installed two showers, replaced a toilet and basin, replaced several taps, repaired a toilet cistern, replaced a hot water cylinder (dramatically improving the shower pressure). Really pleased with his work - highly recommended. Also extremely happy with the tilers he uses.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

Absolutely fantastic tapas restaurant. Such a diverse choice at reasonable prices... we will visit again, as we want to try all the dishes on the menu (sadly we do not live closer & only tried 5 dishes - which were all amazing). The decor is very cool, the staff are excellent, the chef and his team are non stop in the open kitchen. The result.... a fantastic culinary experience, the dishes were served singularly, which gave the feel of a taster menu. First class. Thanks you. We were fortunate enough to be seated at the bar, overlooking the kitchen, we saw the adept cookery, relentless hard work first hand. Plus, we were given recommendations of the premium dishes to order. Top drawer experience. A must do in the region.

It has taken almost two years - lockdown and all that - for us to find a restaurant that makes us feel like we have a small part of London in Sowerby Bridge of all places. Great service, ridiculously good taste, and superb quality… 🍱 If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Ate all the food before we could snap a photograph!! Lovely atmosphere. We sat in front of the kitchen, bit too close to the door, but was interesting to watch the kitchen staff. If I could nick-pick on anything from a business perspective, it would be seeing the cooks browse their mobile phones here and there whilst in between service - but that is being really fussy! We were not offered a wine menu and the paper napkins are a small letdown. But being super fussy as I was so impressed by the place, I want it to be even better! The table staff were excellent. We ordered 10+ dishes for 2 adults and one child. Two drinks each = £90. An absolute bargain. Wish I could have sampled all the plates… I will be coming back many times! (April 2023) Returned again with my 11 year old son for an Easter treat. We love it there. The pork belly, anchovies and chorizo are lovely. The cauliflower dish was lovely - great for vegetarians - but not for me. Heart and Soul (Vocation) on tap 🍺 too. Parking 🅿️ immediately outside if anyone needs to know.

Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

A cafe in a rural setting. Dog friendly. Nice selection of brunch/lunch foods on the menu as well as cakes. The coffee had a good flavour and was a good value. Their small car park fills up quickly but there's wide enough roads around to park your car. Of the things I'd like to see done differently is to set the egg whites slightly more as my egg's white was very runny (but thanks to that the yolk was perfectly runny). I do however hate a solid yolk so I've got to be careful what I am wishing for. There's a public footpath at the end of Field Lane if you fancy stretching your legs. Overall a good place and we'll be back.

We used Field for their external catering services on our wedding day. Jo was helpful throughout the whole experience in arranging and organising our menu and day. The team on the day, and set up before, were friendly and helpful. All of our guests have commented on how good the food was - Ploughman’s starter, roast dinner with all the trimmings and afternoon tea style desserts. Alot better than their previous place that's a few miles down the road. Easy to find and plenty room to spin an artic around. Forks driver is spot on and unloaded the wagon with no problems. New building looks clean and tidy and very presentable.
