Ate inside once but mostly get food delivered. Best chicken steak & chips in Bradford by far 👌 My few personal favourites on the menu are the grilled chicken burger & the smashed beef burger, let’s not forget the mayonnaise which is very unique and tasty! I love the consistency in the quality of the food, have recommended to family & friends! Anyone who’s ever around plz do pop in coz this place is literally a hidden gem!

Chicken burger is delicious, the marinate they use is not too spicy but is really tasty. Beef burgers are double patty in a bun, good value for money. Cookie dough quite expensive but worth the occasional treat, served with ice cream. Staff are friendly and have no issue with specifics of an order.

Recently converted my storeroom into a mini bathroom, Plumbpal and team installed a macerator pump, toilet, basin and a radiator. All work done in top quality solder joints along with copper piping. We have just had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and what a fantastic job they have done. From their initial visit, they listened to what I wanted and guided me through the process, even with a few design tips. The lads that carried out the work were respectful, helpful and always cleared up after themselves. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. We had our boiler serviced by this company. Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Jag sorted everything out for us for a very reasonable price, and explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely be using him again next year, and would highly recommend to all. I contacted Mr Reactive after being repeatedly let down by a different engineer who was unable to fix my lack of hot water. Mr Reactive quickly came to diagnose the issue and, within two days, had the new part fitted and my hot water restored. I am very pleased with their service, from the speed and level of professionalism to the sensible pricing.

Previous engineer charged a lot of money to repair our boiler and still had issues. Contacted mr reactive and they found that the issue wasn’t with the boiler. All issues have now been rectified, well priced and great service from the engineer. For peace of mind we have now taken the boiler cover. Highly recommend!

My partner rang Mr Reactive because our heating stopped working at 2.45pm. It’s the beginning of January and snowing outside so too cold to not get it sorted asap. We were given a time slot 3-6pm same day. Engineer rang us at 3.15 to say he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and gave a diagnosis that thermostat was not working. Replaced thermostat. Took the time to show us how it worked and fixed it neatly onto the wall. Engineer’s name was Tee, he was very down to earth and friendly, we felt very comfortable chatting to him. Gave us advice about our boiler for future. Took his time to explain things. Really happy. Everything working fine now. Recommend- especially if its Tee who comes out 😊

Robert is a true saint of plumbing, saved us on multiple occasions. When we first moved into our property, we had a massive leak in the hot water tank in the loft and felt like all hope was lost. Robert came out on a Sunday, at 9am, and fixed the problem, no bother at all. The price for his services was exceptionally good value and he is a lovely gentleman, providing great advice and explaining his work. He was prompt and effective and will be using his service again, if something were to happen.

We had a problem with our shower pressure. Mick came and had a look at it as promised. He recommended a shower pump to be installed as the other plumber had not installed one and done cowboy job on the new shower installation. He went through the items we needed and agreed a day for him to come. He arrived on time as promised . Spend the day installing it. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
