Had an amazing experience so far with this company. I bought a pair of loupes from here and the customer care is beyond amazing! I needed a few tweaks to the measurements and they sorted it very quickly with efficient delivery. They keep you updated with the process and always on hand to help with queries. Recently I recieved from my loopes Q-optics my dentistry life totally changed. It really differs to see in such details as it adds to my work much more pleasure. I feel that I was blind before😄. I bought loupes from Q-Optics about 5 or 6 years ago and have greatly enjoyed using them over the years. However the screen coating had started to come off and they were looking a bit battered from daily use. I contacted Swallow about this and Rachel was immensely helpful in getting me a brand new replacement for my loupes. I was abroad at the time but Rachel ensured that the loupes (which had to be made in the USA) would be ready for me on my return to the UK. Rachel remained in contact with me over several months so even though it was Christmas time I was very impressed when she thought to reach out to me to remind me to send my old loupes back so that she could get my new loupes to me ASAP. The courier delivery service was very efficient and I had my new loupes the next day. There was a slight hiccup with attaching my loupes light and getting my loupes strap and storage box back (because I was sent just the new loupes without my original box and strap) but Rachel was able to help me very quickly. I now have a brand new pair of loupes which are the same magnification and colour/style as my old ones. I am very impressed and thankful for the wonderful after care and prompt, professional customer service!

Such an exceptional dental practice! From the receptionist, to the dentist, to the dental nurse. I was experiencing extreme pain whilst on a Christmas break up north with my family. They managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment the same morning that I telephoned, and went above and beyond to do so. The dentist (Mark, I think), immediately noticed that I had an abscess so he offered to treat it for me there and then. After experiencing terrible complications from previous dental infections, I was beyond grateful to have it treated. He was very kind and gentle throughout and stopped whenever I experienced any discomfort. The dental nurse was also so kind and friendly and showed great care when I felt a bit woozy. It was all done for a very reasonable price. Mark even wrote out exactly what I needed to say to my own dentist and provided me with the X-ray to take to them to ensure that I had some follow up treatment when I got home. If only I didn't live more than 5 hours away, I'd definitely register! Thank you so much.

Today I experienced exceptional service and care from Muirhead Dental Practice. I’m not a registered patient, however after suffering from intense toothache for a few days I called this morning to ask for an emergency appointment. The receptionist on the phone was lovely and kind and professional and made me an appointment for a few hours later. When I arrived, the dentist (George) listened to my symptoms and had a look. He advised me on treatment and I was overwhelmed with relief when he told me he’d be able to begin treatment there and then. Another dentist (April) popped in to assist also, and checked for pain in my temples and jaw. The procedure was done with care and attention and I felt well and truly looked after. I was blown away by such thorough, kind and speedy service and can’t describe how grateful I am not to be in pain anymore… Lastly I just received a call from the dental nurse (Jess) to see how I’m feeling :) I’ll definitely be registering after today’s experience, thanks douche to everyone! Superb family run dentist who go above and beyond their ethos. I regard these people my friends. They not only invest their time and knowledge with you they will help you save money by being honest about how a treatment will benefit rather than taking your money and saying goodbye. I've a huge dentist phobia, instead of crying a river I now look forward to my twice yearly catch up and hygienist appointment. My recommendation is try get on their books, your teeth need them, they'll thank you with a confident smile after.

Visited this dentist a couple of times and I can hands down say it’s such a nicely run practice. Staff are super friendly, Nick and Chris (dentists) are both so informative and there level of care is unmatched. Brilliant dental practise. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist before. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From my first phone call enquiry to the treatment I received the staff were excellent. Catherine the receptionist was ace. They went above and beyond what I imagined any dentist would do to help. Chris did an excellent job repairing my bridge. He was honest about possible outcomes whilst giving hope of trying other treatments should this one not work. Dental charges usually cause more pain than teeth but not here, the cost was far less than expected, there’s no making money out of people. Highly recommend this practise.

we had the best experience at Craven Dental Care today! Karen & Helen are both fantastic dental nurses and made my little boy feel so welcome and calm at his first ever dentist appointment! Karen managed to file down my sharp tooth I've been having trouble with for a long time, no other dentist has managed with my bad gag reflex🤣🙈 it feels so much better! my little boy came away from there surgery happy and excited to come back again one day! Helen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they feel 100% times better and cleaner! the receptionist Leah was also so kind and lovely! the whole experience was fantastic! I was a very nervous dental patient, who often cancelled appointments, so I didn’t have to face the fear I felt when sitting in the dentist chair. But that all changed when I joined this practice. I explained my fears to Karen and Helen and they were willing to do anything to help. I now attend appointments every six months and actually look forward to going. My teeth and gums have never been better. I sat in the chair today and thought back to the days where my knuckles were white from gripping so hard to the chair. Now I sit relaxed and enjoy chatting to the lovely staff. If you have a fear of dentists, I can honestly say all the staff here are lovely and will put you at ease.

I have just had the best experience with the team at Nudental , in particular Laura who took care of my initial enquiry and scans for composite bonding and then Dr Attiya who is absolutely amazing 🤩 so talented I truly can’t thank her enough for giving me the smile and teeth I have always dreamed off . From my initial consultation to the finished results she listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and as a nervous patient with an horrendous gag reflex she patiently worked with me allowing me to have my work done with sedation to achieve the best results . If you are thinking about having this kind of work done you would be in the most capable hands and I absolutely recommend Dr Attia 110% . The entire team at the clinic are so warm and attentive and it’s an extremely relaxed environment . Worth every penny which I might add was a fantastic deal with exceptional results . An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. A fantastic dental practice with efficient service and a friendly helpful team. It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

Thank you for fitting me in for today's appointment, I much appreciated it. My first visit to the Ilkley branch where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

Hired Longwood Landscaping to transform our blank uninspiring new build garden, including standard tiny basic patio using a plan I made out without really visualising the final result. Simon arrived on time to look at the plan and confirm the measurements noted and to give us a quote. He discussed the plan in more detail and gave some helpful advice on possible different materials to use which reduced the cost. He promptly quoted on the two options and after making our choice we took his advice. The quotes were very competitive with others we had received. From beginning to end the whole experience was relaxed with help and advice from Simon at every step of the way. Simon and his co-worker Guy did an absolutely brilliant job, and stuck to the plan religiously, and the finished result is better than we could have imagined. They managed to keep the site clean, always mindful we have a shared drive with our neighbour, despite some horrendous weather and finished the job in no time at all. The guys were courteous and professional from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble for the guys, even helping a neighbour with some of the old slabs out of the skip. Probably why a number of the neighbours asked Simon for quotes for work on their gardens, including one of the builders. All in all would highly recommend Simon and Guy for any other project be it large or small. Many thanks to you both for your hard work and giving us a garden we can now really enjoy, that is when we get all our plants back from our Daughters.

Absolute wonderful, polite, friendly lads with a really tough job but with a little bit of mid afternoon snacks and cake to keep the energy up 😉 you have beyond exceeded our expectations of the final result. Limited access to be able to get in and out of the garden and the guys hand balled tones of material up 2 flights of stairs which wasn’t easy. We are so happy and so pleased with work you did! Honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone better to do the job. 5 stars just isn’t enough but unfortunately that’s the best we can do ⭐️

I initially came to Jacqui after lots of research on PDO threads and established she was the best aesthetician for me despite being an hour away. With Jacqui's guidance and recommendations, I opted for botox and fillers and wow, what a difference! So glad I placed my trust in her for these procedures! I had a hydra-facial followed by 20 mins under the led light and WOW! My skin has felt amazing ever since. I struggle with psoriasis and nothing seems to help but after my treatment it’s gone and stayed gone! I’ll definitely be keeping up to these and returning to the gorgeous new salon😍
