Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. John - do you have a twin brother who is a bathroom fitter? Don't even hesitate, you better call John š Thank you, Monika.

Excellent vets with great service from both the vet and admin team. Have been my vet of choice for 3 dogs now stretching back over nearly 20 years. Building is easy to reach, sharing an access road with the car wash, but with dedicated parking and a small grass area at the front. Ramp access to the front door is easy to manage for the mobility impared. Inside is clean, bright and airy, with toilets available and a small waiting area, including an area especially for those with smaller pets that is marked as a dog-free zone. Reception / admin staff are polite and helpful, greeting customers warmly and happy to say hello to pets and try to put them at ease. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being called into the examination rooms. All of the vets I've seen are equally nice, friendly and cheerful, and empathic towards the animals they're treating. The examination rooms are 'compact', but big enough for the job at hand, clean and tidy. Whenever I've taken my dogs in, the vet has always taken the time to try and treat them as kindly as possible, making sure there's a little treat to be had for each injection taken or for being poked and prodded - but it's little things like letting the dog take a moment to sniff the stethescope before they're checked over that I think makes going to the vet a non-traumatic experience for them. Vets have always been happy to discuss treatment options with me and make recommendations for their care, and the prices seem fair and reasonable in my experience. Strongly recommend.

Sad occasion. Our 15 year old cat had to go to sleep. The practice staff were very sympathetic and understanding as they have always been over the years we have been coming here. Would recommend 100 per cent!

Always amazing with our Bailey who's a 14 week old miniature dachshund. He doesn't get nervous visiting and they always take good care of him every time we visit! Always quick to see you and easy enough to book appointments. Managed to get one this morning by calling up at 8.30am to see if there were any appointments. Managed to get one at 10am which was amazing. Poor Bailey's anal glands were full and needed to be expressed but the vets took very good care of him.

A great experience for my first time at the vets with my kitten. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the vet was super nice and friendly she handled my kitten very well who was very sassy and naughty. All in all a great place and super easy and convenient.

I visited this vets yesterday with my new kitten Rodger, the reception team were very lovely and friendly which made us feel super welcome. The interior of the vets was clean and fresh. Also the vet we saw was so lovely with him and gave him lots of love! 100% recommend this vets and so glad we chose this practice

We have used AMB several times over the last few years - they did the plumbing when had new kitchen fitted, fitted a new boiler and then serviced it. This year we had a new bathroom fitted and wow it was an amazing transformation! Extremely professional guys - we have no worries leaving them with a key to our house whilst we have to go out to work. Never known anyone work so hard and clean up at the end of the day like theyād not even been in the house. Our bathroom has gone from being so old fashioned and horrible to a 5 star hotel bathroom in 2 weeks it really is beyond whatever we could have wished for. Thank you again š

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and Iām so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. Great communication throughout, tidy workers and adaptable to circumstances. Would highly recommend, and Iāll be recommending Brad and his team to others. I've had a lot of work completed by AMB Plumbing and Heating, everything has always been to a very high standard and really reasonably priced. Initially i was worried about the new boiler cost but its absolutely been worth it. My bathroom and en-suite were also completely transformed recently and they're amazing! These guys are the best Plumbers and Gas engineers in Leeds!

I used AMB Plumbing and Heating for a bathroom refurb. I am really happy with the end result. They were great at communicating with me throughout the renovation and quick to resolve any issues that cropped up. They turned up when they said they were going to and completed the job in a good timeframe. I also think they are very reasonably priced given some of the quotes I had for the bathroom refurb. I will be using again in future for any plumbing/ heating help I need.

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gasĀ water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the sameĀ day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.Ā Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,Ā Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Lovely Veterinary team. My English is not good, but they always repeat and slow down their speech very patiently, which makes me feel very warm and relaxedļ¼ The email communication is very clear, and the charges are transparent and reasonable. The staff are always incredibly thorough, carefully checking everything and explaining any health concerns clearly. When Taffy needed surgery, they gave us an appointment straight away. Today, she had her surgery, and I couldnāt be more impressed. The reception staff and the entire team were so kind, helpful, and understanding. A particularly lovely lady at reception was so compassionate when I was worried and cryingāshe took the time to calm me down and reassure me, which meant so much. I called Home Comforts out, as sadly we had to put our elderly dog to sleep, and we wanted her to be at home, Emma at Home Comforts were recommend to us by our regular vet. Emma & the team have done 2 dentals for my cats Dec & Navy at a fraction of the price my usual vets wanted to charge. Their care has been exceptional. When I had concerns about Navy afterwards Emma phoned me & through chatting to her I realised he just needed longer to get used to not having his canines & also took longer to get over the anaesthetic. The ladies at Home Comforts vets were wonderful with our cat when he had four teeth extracted. You can tell they really cared, they were professional, friendly and the procedure was very reasonably priced. Will definitely book with them again (although hopefully not too soon!).

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now itās unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole Iām very pleased with quality of service. š°šØāš§š

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldnāt recommend them more highly! Weāve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and thereās hasnāt been anything theyāve not been able to help us with. We wouldnāt trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a āpower flushā of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldnāt believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and Iām grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish š

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it Ā£219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged Ā£46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for Ā£10.. Ā£265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.
