This is an absolute gem of a place. The food is comforting, delicious and priced well. The staff go above and beyond. You can sit in or take food away. They really are amazing. My husband is now a regular, and my breakfast order somehow sneaks in there too :D Full English breakfast? Sorted. Tuna salad sarnie for lunch. Definitely. Fancy noodles? They have that too. I'm so grateful they are local.

Have been here for two times, great experience! The coffee is excellent, very well balanced and totally worth it. I really would like to try more different drinks there next time! The food here is simple but amazing and enjoyable. The space is cozy, with nice and kind services. Actually rather cheap compared to other places. A pleasantly remarkable experience even it’s only sandwich and coffee :)

I have to say a huge thank you. My very elderly parents suffered a total loss of electricity today meaning they had no heating and no electricity for their freezer, fridge, cooking and everything else. I found Smart Wired Electrical on Google as an emergency electrician. From ringing, he was really quick in arriving at my parents property and worked speedily to find and resolve the issue. He was friendly and efficient and will be recommended in the future A brilliant service was provided.

Nurul arrived at my mum’s flat half an hour after we had first spoken to replace a faulty light switch with arcing wires, which needed sorting asap. Brilliant, friendly service, would recommend. Will definitely use again, thank you!

A wonderful restaurant with amazingly helpful staff. Really delicious food, cooked fresh to our personal palate. Not the “usual” type menu. Great choice of dishes.. I keep returning and tonight it was with my amazing team of driving instructors at - The Driving Academy. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Thank you. Highly recommended

The quality of the food is exceptional, particularly the alu tiki chaat and the mixed grill platter. The blackberry kala Khatta cocktail, matka kulfi, and gajar ka halwa were remarkable. The service provided was excellent, with staff members who were both courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The meat is halal! With lots of vegetarian options. Highly recommended! Every bite was an explosion of flavour! I honestly can't wait to go back for their chicken Biryani. The presentation was on point. For 2 of us, starter each, 2 main dish, 2 nans with about 4 drink came to £60! I think that's very reasonable. The service was wonderful. Such a delightful experience overall!

The best lunch ( North Indian) I have had in Leeds. I would rate this as my topmost Indian food experience in Leeds. We ordered for Thali’s which are available only on weekend lunches. As a appetiser, we ordered their Dahi Puri. Crisp Puri’s filled with curd etc, garnished with coriander and pomegranate was a wonderful beginning. The Lal Maas in the thali was lip smacking . Every bite a sheer delight. The Panch Mahel Dal, Aloo Gravy , Gulab Jamun, Papad with masala sprinkled on it, Raita and a stuffed pakora with tamarind ‘ saunt’ chutney was a medley of dancing taste buds. Would certain recommend.

It was a take out. I don't know about rest of the food but the Mandi is 10/10 for sure. I took 1/4 Lamb mandi home, everyone enjoyed and ate it to the belly full. Thank you.

Delicious Yemeni chicken mindhi and tasty veggie curry and the Yemeni gracious and humble service. Place was filled with Yemeni people eating so a good sign of good food original tasting food. While sitting there saw many large take out trays leaving the place. It’s a small place but nice. Try to get there before 7 on Friday nights if you want mindhi meat otherwise there’s a good chance they’ll run out. They have a traditional private Yemeni family room great for a large family to eat in. Also used as a prayer room. Tried to give a tip but they wouldn’t except it totally refused.

Delicious traditional Yemeni meals and desserts cooked fresh to order, in very big portions. Very helpful service on which options to choose from as a vegetarian, but I'd say its mostly geared for meat-eaters (particularly if you like Lamb). I returned here as a meat-eater (after being Vegetarian for 3 years) before leaving Leeds for their Maandi Lamb. Has to be the best lamb dish I have EVER had. I haven't seen their kitchen but I'm pretty sure they use the traditional method of an underground oven or something alike to make the lamb slide off the bone. Spices were amazing.

This place is absolutely outstanding. I didn't know it was vegan until the second time I visited. Chocolate Guinness cake is a favourite. Moist, rich with hints of Guinness. Coffee is really good and the staff are very friendly. Just. A lovely homely cafe. Will be going back for the cakes alone.

The café is aesthetically pleasing, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is excellent, and most importantly, the COOKIES are absolutely delicious - gooey, yummy, and they look fantastic. They also offer croissants, brownies, and cakes. The coffee was amazing. We brought our toddler, and the staff kindly provided books and colors, which kept her entertained and calm.

I brought my wife here for date night. She lives for italian cuisine and we had just that week got back from a fortnight tour in Italy for our honeymoon. I took a punt on a new reastaurant and it paid off. After the closure of Dos Amigos i was looking forward to, but not holding my breath about what would replace it. All I can say is what an absolute gem this restaurant is, there are many Italian restaurants in Leeds but after visiting, this is a go to spot around my local area. Hospitality first; the staff are so welcoming and really attentive. I am generally not one to pick on service, but I can really appreciate when it's amazing. The staff here ARE amazing, friendly and make your meal special. The food, is incredible. The quality of the produce is night and day to most italian places in leeds at this pricepoint. I was humbled, I'm not a salmon guy but the way Le Grande cook theirs, and now I am. In our order we had: Caprese Salad The mixed seafood platter Garlic pizza Tomato and onion salad Tiramasu Bottle of wine. Welcome La grande to the kirkstall area and may you thrive.

Wonderful new addition to Kirkstall. La Grande is a 10 min walk from our house so we may now become regulars! My husband had pizza and I had possibly the best seafood spaghetti I've ever had. Really nice inside with patio heaters in the extra bit that will be outside in the summer months. We went early so restaurant not full but I'm sure it will be buzzing at other times. Impeccable service too. Highly recommend.

Gentlemen arrived in the morning to carry out an electrical inspection for our property. We were informed of the time of arrival around 9am with a quick and polite phone call. We were told that the service could take up to 2 hours but it only took about 40 minutes which was amazing. Would definitely recommend :)

Yesterday, a team of professionals arrived promptly to conduct an electrical inspection at our property. We received a courteous phone call in advance, informing us of their expected arrival time, around 1 pm. They had mentioned that the inspection might last up to 2 hours, but to our pleasant surprise, they efficiently completed the task in just 1 hour . We were truly impressed by their speed and professionalism. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend their services.

My landlord had booked for the inspection, and the company themselves were really professional and timely with both their emails and texts. Our engineer was really lovely, so considerate of the fact we were WFH today and talked us through what he was doing and his observations. he made sure that we were aware of any changes being made and talked through the reasoning as well as being just a genuinely lovely person. Our engineer was a credit to the company, as was the call handler who answered when I had missed the initial call. Overall a wonderful job and very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

Wired have completed multiple lighting & ventilation jobs for me since buying my house, all to a very high standard & the team are lovely and friendly!
