My landlord had booked for the inspection, and the company themselves were really professional and timely with both their emails and texts. Our engineer was really lovely, so considerate of the fact we were WFH today and talked us through what he was doing and his observations. he made sure that we were aware of any changes being made and talked through the reasoning as well as being just a genuinely lovely person. Our engineer was a credit to the company, as was the call handler who answered when I had missed the initial call. Overall a wonderful job and very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

Gentlemen arrived in the morning to carry out an electrical inspection for our property. We were informed of the time of arrival around 9am with a quick and polite phone call. We were told that the service could take up to 2 hours but it only took about 40 minutes which was amazing. Would definitely recommend :)

Delicious traditional Yemeni meals and desserts cooked fresh to order, in very big portions. Very helpful service on which options to choose from as a vegetarian, but I'd say its mostly geared for meat-eaters (particularly if you like Lamb). I returned here as a meat-eater (after being Vegetarian for 3 years) before leaving Leeds for their Maandi Lamb. Has to be the best lamb dish I have EVER had. I haven't seen their kitchen but I'm pretty sure they use the traditional method of an underground oven or something alike to make the lamb slide off the bone. Spices were amazing.

It was a take out. I don't know about rest of the food but the Mandi is 10/10 for sure. I took 1/4 Lamb mandi home, everyone enjoyed and ate it to the belly full. Thank you.

Craig and his team are fab! He is so fab that you need to get into his diary asap as he gets so booked up. He is worth the wait as his work is impeccable! They fitted some lovely lights in the front of our house and we love how it turned out.

Craig was a true knight in shining armour for my elderly friend whose house was flooded recently. He attended late one evening to assess the situation, then arranged the necessary rewiring. The work was completed swiftly with attention to detail and lots of consultation as the work progressed to ensure that everything would meet her needs when she returned home. Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

so glad i grab a coffee here after groceries shopping in aldi. this coffee shop looks inviting as it looks busy from across the road. flat white was very nice. croissant had a nice flaky texture but not sure if it was baked in house, should’ve just tried their cookie. had a to go iced americano as it was sunny outside. it was crowded and sure is a busy shop. toilet was clean 👍🏼 however the indoor seat arrangements were a bit too close one and the others

From a socially anxious german person, this place is amazing. When i first entered, the atmosphere was very welcoming. When I started my order, i couldn't hear the worker who was taking it very well, but she was extremely patient despite it and repeated herself for me. I ended up messing up my order and agreed on getting almond milk, I hate almond milk. I was too scared to speak up to change my order and ended up settling into the fact that I would drink a sad caramel frappe. But when I came out of the store and tried it, I was over the moon! I never had someone make almond milk work for me before in my beverages. To whoever made my frappe, thank you. If I wasn't visiting, I would definitely have become a regular ❤️

Absolutely wonderful!! Try pop in every time I pass as definitely one of my favourite coffee shops in Leeds! The staff are always lovely and make it feel like a home from home, making sure they get to know their customers and regulars. We also get our coffee from there for our machine, and sometimes catch them when they are in the middle of roasting which is a great experience! If you haven’t tried the volcano cookies, you should visit to atleast grab one of those bad boys! It’s also extremely vegan friendly. Will be back soon to grab a coffee and a cookie.

We had a fantastic experience at Arusuvai Leeds! Every dish was bursting with authentic Tamil Nadu flavours, bringing back cherished memories of childhood meals. The food was fresh, beautifully cooked, and truly traditional. A special shoutout to the chef and Aruna at the front of house, who made us feel so welcome. They were warm, attentive, and even recommended some incredible dishes that we might not have chosen otherwise. If you're after a proper taste of South India in Leeds, this is the place to go. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

We consulted Ben for a second opinion after being told our fusebox was very old and could blow up at any time from another electrician. Ben came several hours later the same day, he arrived promptly when he said he would. He reassured us regarding the fusebox not being a safety problem and if we do want to upgrade at some point the quote was half of what the original electrician had quoted. He did this all free of charge. It can be very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy trades person but Ben was a breath of fresh air. I have saved his number for any future problems and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with integrity.

Excellent service, great value for money and top bloke. Came out quickly to solve an issue with power to my garage, which I was greatful for as I would have lost food stock . He even gave me a bit of business advice whilst fixing the issue. I definitely recommend.

Highly recommend using Lucid ES. Our circuit board went down the day before my sons birthday party with no light or power and a fridge and freezer full of party food... We could not get any electrician from near or far to attend. Despite being fully booked Lucid took the time to handle my enquiry from their online enquiry service and even took the time to call me and go through some safe troubleshooting steps to see if i could rectify the issue myself. Unfortunatley the RCD needed replacing, they sourced the parts straight away and came out of hours to make sure we were back up and running. Would also say at a very reasonable fee. Will definately be using them again in the future!

Had emergency cover through insurance but were unable to come until the following day. Gave JKP Electrical a call following a recommendation and they came straight from another job. Ben arrived and was polite, even removed his shoes before immediately getting to work and reassuring that he had the skills and knowledge to identify the issue. Identified a broken wire causing the loss of power (and heating) fixing it and leaving in under an hour. Amazing service and would highly recommend!!!

Everyone was super friendly, positive, enthusiastic and efficient. For me it makes all the difference, and I'd be put off working with someone who maybe has all the skills, but no positivity. It's a bit of a nightmare trying to find someone reliable, or someone who can fit work in; it's understandable with complex jobs taking longer than expected, and with trades folk in general being in high demand these days, but that's where communication comes in, and again, that's where Russ and the lads have excelled, as they kept me informed every step of the way on their ETA, the work they've completed for the day, what's to be done next, and if they were ever running over and had to come the next day (a one off time this happened). In terms of the work itself, it was all done to a high standard and yeah, I couldn't be happier! When it comes to future work, they're on the top of my list, and I'd be happy working with them all again, if they're not too busy Thanks again everyone, and all the best! -David

This place is absolutely outstanding. I didn't know it was vegan until the second time I visited. Chocolate Guinness cake is a favourite. Moist, rich with hints of Guinness. Coffee is really good and the staff are very friendly. Just. A lovely homely cafe. Will be going back for the cakes alone.

We cannot recommend Chunk enough to people! We’re lucky to have it just at the end of our street and we can’t get enough of it! The atmosphere , service and quality is unmatched. Even better that it’s dog friendly so they can get their own little Puppucino’s whilst we have our baked goods / coffees. When we have family come to visit us we always make sure to take a trip with them too and they’ve all raved over it. Definitely worth the trip!

The café is aesthetically pleasing, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is excellent, and most importantly, the COOKIES are absolutely delicious - gooey, yummy, and they look fantastic. They also offer croissants, brownies, and cakes. The coffee was amazing. We brought our toddler, and the staff kindly provided books and colors, which kept her entertained and calm.

Having driven past this quirky coffee shop many times on my visits to Leeds I was delighted to be able to visit (finally!) and was not disappointed . The service was friendly and quick. It is obviously very popular. My coffee and pain au raisin were both delicious. We were able to park around the corner . The decor is fun I hope to visit again soon.

Always 10/10 coffee and bagels. The vegan pastrami is unreal and so are their chai lattes. The only reason I gave 1 less star for service is because they take a while on the bagels but honestly it’s so so worth the wait. We also got hot honey hash browns which were amazing too.

Came here for an almond croissant, but unfortunately they'd run out by the time we got there (~11am Saturday). Instead we got a regular croissant and a pan au chocolate. Both were lovely. We took them to-go. Next time we will arrive earlier and try for the almond croissant again (I'm on a quest to find my favourite almond croissant), and we need to try the coffee, too!

I've been dying to come here after multiple rave reviews from friends and I'm so glad I did! The coffee was great, the food was gorgeous, and the atmosphere was so lovely I could have stayed and worked from here all day. Its so much bigger inside than I expected, the staff were friendly, quick, and gave the place a lively happy feeling about it. The vegan pastrami sandwich was amazing and I can't wait to try the other options as I was chuffed to see so many. Overall just a really nice cosy and comfy place to hang out or work
