A proper job 👍they really know what they're doing. Last Monday morning I was locked out of my Volvo V40 car. The ignition key fob just wouldn't work despite me fitting a new battery. I thought this is going to be a very expensive issue to sort. I phoned James and his phone went to voicemail. James phoned me straight back and asked me what was the problem. I explained and he very kindly talked me through the process to access the passenger door by using the key shank from the car key fob. What a relief! I was then able to reboot the system. This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

We contacted Paul following a house fire in our cellar. This was required by the fire brigade prior to power being restored for our heating and hot water. Paul attended very quickly as he was going to another job nearby and checked our supply restoring it promptly so we could remain in our house. He was extremely helpful and polite and due to the short time he was here he did not require payment. His help was greatly appreciated and I thoroughly recommend his services. I am deeply grateful to a man named Paul who helped me on a dark, rainy night when I was stranded on a dangerous motorway with no fuel. I couldn’t get help from anywhere and was terrified. Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Hasan provided a really good service, Hasan did two jobs for me, one was to identify a leak and fit a new bath in at my mothers, which was done quickly and efficiently; He noticed some bad workmanship from a previous job straight away.
