Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.

Required a plumber urgently and early evening as we had no hot water or Heating in the house, I spoke to Connor who was just leaving another job in the area and he said he would come and look straight away. Within 30 minutes the problem had been resolved with minimal disruption or mess! Fantastic service and really appreciated them going out of their way early evening to help us. They charge reasonable prices but you get a top quality service during the repair. Will definitely be using them again.

Just needed someone to fix our leaking kitchen tap and contacted Connor based on previous good reviews. Great guy, came when he said he would, speedily sorted problem for a good price. It's sometimes hard to get people to sort small jobs so we were really pleased with Connor's prompt response. Will certainly use him again.

Connor managed to get to my dad's broken boiler within an hour of contacting him. He very quickly diagnosed that the boiler was dead and quoted for a new one. Two days later the new boiler was installed swiftly and efficiently with no mess left behind.Both Connor and his apprentice ( sorry didn't catch his name) are great guys providing an efficient and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.

They were great! My old boiler broke 1 week before Christmas with 2 young kiddies in the house. I couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly, but they moved their schedules round and even worked late so they could come fit a new boiler the next day. Really friendly service too. Called CJ Heating & Gas Specialists Ltd .. Spoke with Chris who responded the same day to our faulty boiler. After an hour he pinpointed the fault but due to the age & availability of the parts for the 25 year old boiler, we were advised to replace it, which was expected. Within 48 hours the new boiler was supplied & fitted .. Its hard to find reliable tradesmen these days but I can highly recommend their quality services & support 10 out of 10 👍

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved.
