I went to several so called professional and established dental surgeries only to find they were after one thing.. my money, they didn't really care about me. That is until I found Gunn Dental practice. I needed serious dental work due to neglect from my previous dentist, I also needed someone I could trust. From the very first meeting I could tell Ross cared about me as a person, I finally felt like I was in the best possible hands. I felt so relieved and emotional at the same time. They are so professional and efficient, everything is explained clearly. If you want a dental practice to care for you as a person and treat you as an individual, then this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this place enough! Seriously Ross, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have helped me smile again!

Ross Gunn is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Not cheap, but definitely the best. I have been under his care for 10 years and I've never been in any pain or discomfort. He has a very pleasant and relaxed manner. The team of hygienists are excellent too.

I thought the service was really good. Ross was very knowledgeable and described the procedure as he went along, which I thought was very interesting. All the staff were very pleasant also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise . After some treatments they also followed up with a telephone call to make sure everything was ok .

This is my third year as a patient of Gunn Dental Care and Implant Centre. During this time I needed four implants and other essential treatment, which Dr Ross Gunn has personally carried out professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I therefore strongly recommend the Centre, especially to patients who have other health issues, where Dr Gunn and his devoted and friendly team will provide first class care in a very relaxed atmosphere. I was referred to Ross by my dentist for his specialist knowledge and expertise in dealing with my particular dental issues and health concerns. Like most people a visit to the dentist isn't something I relish but Ross was compassionate and reassuring and was able to adapt procedures to my specific needs ensuring I was comfortable and safe at all times. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the result. I can't praise him enough. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

I couldn't ask for a better , more thorough vet than Emily Legate. The surgery is amazing and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very reasonably priced which is an added bonus but ultimately I use this veterinary surgery because I had a years worth of unsolved issues with my prescious boys ear, in one visit we had swabs taken then discovered he had a deformed ear canal in the offending ear , then he was booked in swiftly for an ear flush under anesthetic, Emily filmed the ear canal and debris in it ,for me to better understand the situation with his ear. I can't praise these guys enough and they have my recommendation to any one who wants caring, thorough up to date and highly trained veterinary care . It's a big thumbs up from me and Roman dog. I wish I could put 10 stars !!

I highly recommend Dr Patel and the team at infinity dental clinic. From day one of the initial assessment to completion of dental implant, the journey over the course of one year, they were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. After the initial consultation, Dr Patel came up with a thorough report of the bespoke treatment plan, cost, expected time frame and alternative options. When it comes to scheduling appointments, team tried their best to be flexible and accommodate my tight schedule. The entire procedure was uneventful under expert hand. Now, my teeth really feel and look natural. I have never been happier. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Went yesterday for Mothers Day. There were two sittings, with us being on the second sitting. The change over was pretty noisy and a bit chaotic, but once that was sorted things quietened down a lot. The Staff were really lovely. Really friendly and worked their socks off as it was so busy. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. The Food was lovely too. Three course Mothers Day special for around £12. I had Yorkshire puddngs for starter which were lovely. Lamb with veg for mains and a lemon posset with shortbread for dessert. Every bit of it was lovely, with the dessert being my absolute favourite of the day. Bottle of wine were very reasonably priced too. Not like some places charging you £40 for a £12 bottle. A nice bottle here was £14. The main question is would I come back? I absolutely would. Lovely food at a very reasonable price. Many Thanks

A huge thank you to Jess and Lynne. I contacted Jess very last minute when my elderly cat, Polly, became very unwell and we knew it was time to put her to sleep. She was so helpful and amenable and re-arranged some plans so she could come round that day. Both Jess and Lynne were so kind and compassionate and helped ease my nerves and listened to the circumstances surrounded Polly and her nervousness. They were both just so lovely and I highly recommend them. They will offer support and advice along with care and love at those difficult moments.

She has been so compassionate, a good listener and we really appreciated her expertise in helping us make some difficult decisions. Our beloved old timer, Sylvester - a gentle, loving and stoic 18 year old cat sadly passed last month. There was no question that it should be a home visit, his last moments were free of stress and where he wanted to be. I'm grateful that Jess provides this service, as the practice he had been with for 18 years didn't. It was all arranged with care and consideration of the limited time we had and Jess was professional, caring and kind to us all - including the thoughtful card that came after. I contacted Jess after becoming disillusioned by our local vet practice who seemed to focused on financial gain rather than the animal. Jess is professional, friendly and caring. The fact that she visits our home she can see our dogs in their natural state, nice and calm and happy. Jess immediately understood the situation with our OAP Jack Russell and has provided brilliant advice based upon our dogs’ best interests, focusing on ensuring he has the best quality of life possible for whatever time he has left. I am so relieved that Jess will be with us for his last chapter and for our other pets, hopefully, for many years to come.

I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class. I have to travel a fair distance, as Ivory dental is not local for me, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

very professional. I went with my 3-year-old daughter to a lot of dental clinics and they all told me that the front tooth had to be removed, but they didn't want to do the procedure and sent me to the hospital with an appointment after 6 months. I found this clinic and on the first visit the doctor managed to remove the tooth with local anesthesia without my little girl feeling any pain or fear, he succeeded in a maximum of 30 minutes and for only £50, what more can I say than thank you and you are the best!!!!

I needed some complex treatment that my current dentist couldn't complete for me. I was referred to another dentist of my choice but didn't feel like it was the right place for me to have my treatment and couldn't fit me until February despite being in pain. I came across Ivory Dental Practice on social media and made an enquiry and before I knew it I was invited to see Brad who listened to me and went through my options. I was booked in and started my treatment today for extractions and implants. Brad and his dental nurse were amazing, telling me what was happening every step of the way and made me feel at ease! I'm a very nervous paitent and have had bad experiences in the past that scared me for life! Thank you to all the staff who have gone above and beyond to get this treatment done in such a short time, I was in pain and hopefully this will start to ease now treatment has started.

I went in for an emergency tooth appointment. An x-ray was taken of my teeth then the dentist was excellent talking me through my options and explaining what the next steps would be from the choice I made. She was patient during the procedure and did a fantastic job of clearing my tooth for the first step of a root canal. Highly recommended for any dental procedures people may be considering.

I have been a patient of Adel dental practice for a number of year. On the 3/1/25 I had to have a back tooth extracted. I was very nervous and anxious. I explained this to Sharon the receptionist and treatment co-ordinator and expresed that I felt as though I needed someone to hold my hand whilst my tooth was being taken out because I was nervous and scared. She passed this onto the dental nurse (whose name I cannot remember -BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH) as she held my hand and reassure me throughout the whole process. Dominic the dentist was absolutely 'BOSS'. He was also reassuring, he made sure the area around the tooth was totally numb and explained that I would feel a bit if tugging.
