Brilliant service! Lovely Lady behind reception was so helpful answering all my questions, can’t believe how fast they was getting my tooth out Iv been in so much pain. I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as a kid. This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment. The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.

Excellent dental practice and superb services. The entire team is fabulous but my favourite dentist Barzy is leaving soon. Well, I want to wish him good luck in his future endeavours and surely, he’ll be missed. I'm glad our Lovely Christine isn't going anywhere, such an amazing manager, always greets me with a beautiful smile and I always ask her beauty secrets. Not to forget, sweet Shumaila who is a dedicated receptionist, listens carefully and answers appropriately. I'm glad to be registered in this dental practice. From reaching out due to putting a post out on Trust a trade, to them talking through exactly what was needed to complete the job and the issues we currently had and how they would fix them, to the completion of their work. This practice is clean and well organised. My dentist is knowledgeable, polite, caring and friendly. My last appointment was an emergency one as I was in considerable pain. They got me in fast and an extraction was the only course of treatment available. Because I had an infection around the roots of my tooth my dentist went above and beyond being gentle and struggled to get the numbing agent in around the infection so that the extraction caused me ZERO pain. I cannot recommend this practice enough and I don't have the words to express my thanks enough

This was a regular check up , nobody goes to the dentist for fun but the dentist I saw was very welcoming and spoke to me like a human. The checks were done quickly and I was advised about just needing a descale.

Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease. I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great. I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

At 87yo I needed advice regarding my present dentures. My appointment was timeous. I was given thorough and extensive advice by Matt without any hint of “ hard sell”. I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.

Recently, I faced an issue with an old electric fan heater connected to the school's central heating system. This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

Had an emergency filling on my front tooth and was recommended this place in Bradford (I'm from Leeds). The Dentist A. Ayoub was extremely patient and professional with me and went over the filling making alterations to the shape and size over and over until I was satisfied with the final look and feel. Pity I'm not local or I would 100% switch to this Dental Practice as my Dentist.

Emily performed a tooth extraction on me today. It was much better than I expected, didn't feel any pain except pulling and tugging. Has some pain during the day, Paracetamol cured that. Because I'm on blood thinners I expected more bleeding but it seems to have settled down. Excellent job.

What can I say. The most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure to come across. Nothing is ever too much for Kamran and his team. We had a vision for a new media wall which was bespoke to us. It took a lot of planning for us to get it right so we didn’t just want to leave the job for anybody. We’re so glad we found the services of Kamran, recommended to us by a friend. He is an extreme professional, never cutting corners and always going the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Kamran and his team’s work is to an excellent finish, and they always leave their workspace clean and tidy. We had young kids in the house and they always ensured to keep the area safe. I’ve found in the past, tradesmen, if you’re not happy with some small details they will gaslight you in to thinking it is fine, but Kamran always made sure you were satisfied. There was a slight alteration to our design which we only noticed later, when pointed out Kamran bhai and his team came back and fixed this (taking an addition 3-4 hours of their time). This was even though we said it was ok and we were still happy. How many tradesmen can you honestly say would do this for you?! Highly, highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. On a final note we felt Kamran and his team were so trustworthy that we felt comfortable to leave them in our house to continue their work whilst we left to go out for the day. 5* isn’t enough!!! Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend KNS contractors and Kamran for providing a fast efficient service all around. From the time and communication to the teams work we cannot fault anything. KNS contractors deserve more than 5 stars!!! Kamran has been absolutely amazing and is excellent as what he does! Him and his team have transformed our kitchen in its entirety from scratch within a rapid time. He has been consistent throughout in his communication and plan each step of the way. I have just had my initial consultation for full arch implants at Courtyard Dental. From the minute I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed and at ease with the friendly staff. I then met with Abby who was very thorough in explaining the whole process, and answered many questions I had regarding the procedure. Abby carried out several tests, before I met with Marcos - the expert dentist who would be performing the procedure. Again, everything was explained to me in detail, which really helped me to understand every step of the procedure, what was needed and why, and at a pace I could understand. Carly is now kindly arranging the appointments I need to complete my journey, and gain my new smile! Everybody I met on the day, went out of their way to help me, and for that I am extremely grateful.

The dental care here is outstanding. I decided to have some cosmetic dental work done so I visited 3 different dentists for a consultation. I wanted to make sure that I got a good idea of what services were on offer and got a feel for each place. The COURTYARD was the 3rd one I visited and as soon I came here I knew it was the right one. Marcos passionately brilliant but he is not alone in the practice. I have had root canal with 3 roots in 1 tooth and the lady doctor was just as brilliant. Having visited the Courtyard to drop my wife off for treatment, I spoke briefly to the team at reception to see If I could join the practice and have some hygiene done having been abandoned by my NHS provider. The response was Perfect, they could Not have done better for me, and they arranged an appointment and consultation super Fast, customer care 100%, technical explanation of the treatment and prevention/after treatment behaviours by me. Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. Had a very pleasant trip to R Dental Clinic today for my regular check up and Hygienist visit. It's unusual if me to say it was pleasant as I am usually very nervous and can't wait to walk out! Today however was a very different experience. Umar (dentist) and Mariah (hygienist) were completely new to me but I would have no hesitation in recommending or referring them to anyone.
