Found Ben through a Google search. I had bought an old house needing a complete rewire. This included external work and also putting electrics in the garage. I liked Ben's professional attitude straight away. He was competent, knowledgeable, was able to accommodate a number of changes as the work progressed and was able to suggest the most appropriate way to deal with issues that arose during my refurb. Ben communicated with me throughout the whole process and answered all my questions patiently! He even cleans up after himself. Full certification came electronically as soon as the work was done. Ben was recommended me and I asked him to renew my outside lights and install some timer switches. Approached Ben for a quote to have fit some ceiling lights, outside lights, a new socket in a garage and face plates on most of the power outlets in the house. Not only did he turn up to quote when he said he would (which sadly we find is increasingly rare) but he managed to accommodate our tight timescales and sudden changes of plan as other things developed.
