I’d heard good things and wasn’t disappointed, decided on the chicken curry burger it was delicious. Me and my colleague have been talking about it for weeks, I went again last week, with the intention of trying something new but went for the same thing again. Can’t wait to try more. Absolutely lovely character that runs it too!

My sister found this place and it was amazing! We were at the Peace Hall for a concert yesterday and had driven from Manchester, so we were in need of good food, and this place did not disappoint! I had the bacon cheese burger, and my sister had the curry burger. The cheese on mine was quite thick, which complimented the burger and bacon, so it wasn't too meaty. Chips were very well seasoned, too. It's hidden away and smallish inside, but the gentleman serving us was so polite, and I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the food it was one of the best burgers I've had! It is very reasonably priced as well.

I visited today for the first time after receiving recommendations from some friends - mynonly regret is I should have got my act together and visited sooner than this! I chose the current burger deal which was amazing! The best in Halifax in my opinion. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly too Bruce is clearly really passionate about what he does and that shines in the quality of his food. Thank you for having me, I will be back soon! Emma ☺️

This is one of those “best kept secret” kind of places, you feel super smug with yourself when you find it! Tucked away at the bottom of the market is this tiny restaurant that punches way above its weight. The food is out of this world, the portions are extremely generous and the service is great. It’s a mix of tapas, burgers and pizzas, everything is cooked fresh and there’s a regularly changing menu with some absolutely cracking specials on offer. Outstanding value for money with each portion being around the £6-£7 mark
