Our wedding ran extremely smoothly and I 100% believe that had everything to do with how organised this venue are. After getting engaged I started browsing venues without any seriousness or urgency. I would save the websites of those I liked to look again when we were ready to set a date. I had quite a few saved that had caught my eye - mostly I was looking for somewhere picturesque. I came across Heaton House Farm Wedding Venue and found myself scrolling more photos, reading reviews and then watching their virtual tour (which I also think was a brilliant idea!). Well, that was it - I loved it already! There was soo many details that ticked all my boxes, the seamless transitioning, the views, accommodation and everything on site, the water gardens and the pamper room, wow! This was a game changer! I showed my partner and even he had to agree it looked great. We booked our show around which was easy to do online and were not disappointed! We both pretty much agreed there and then it was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The venue is beautiful, flexible and transitions seamlessly to meet the size and requirements of any wedding. Now, here we are reflecting on the most beautiful day we could have imagined - the rain even stopped for us, just for our day! 😊 From the very beginning of wedding planning, Heaton House made everything so easy! I always hear of brides being stressed. If anything I was worried I was missing something because I was so relaxed and worry free! Everything was already taken care of, thought of or in progress! When the date was confirmed we were given a personal wedding planner which we could edit and amend to update all the details for the day. This made planning so easy and Heaton House read every update and supported where needed with any information we added. As the big day drew closer, we were allocated an event coordinator, Lindsey, who organised a planning meeting with us. Of course we prepared a few questions (which we only thought of because of their wedding planner!). Lindsey took time to discuss everything we needed. She took on board all our requests, thought about details we wouldn't have and helped so much with planning minor details and timings etc that would best fit our day and specifications. Lindsey made me feel that nothing was a bother and reasured me when I was worried about becoming 'bridezilla!' This expert support and advise is so helpful when planning what should be such an important day. We were given lots of useful additional information such as extra accommodation details, taxi information and were given a login to access additional information and FAQs. Communication throughout booking, planning and on the day was outstanding and the service and attention to detail cannot be faulted. On the day itself, myself and the bridal party had access to the pamper room from 9am. This was great for getting ready in a relaxed environment with everything you could need without needing to travel to the venue ready. Lindsey was on hand to guide us with everything we needed to know. Throughout the day Lindsey was present precisely when needed and seemed to disappear otherwise - seeming to know exactly when to appear and support the seamless flow of the days events. Everything was timed perfectly and despite the fact that Lindsey does this as a job, she is soo enthusiastic and comes across genuinely happy for you. All our guests commented how beautiful the venue was, what a great choice we made (despite making them travel to get there) and how they had an amazing time at our wedding. The feedback we have received has been brilliant and it's so nice to hear that our guests had as good a time as we did! We can't thank you enough Lindsey and all of the team at Heaton House for our special day - it truly couldn't have been better! Wow, where can I start! We had our wedding at Heaton House in May 2023, and it was the best day of our lives. I fell in love with the venue as soon as I saw it, the barns are beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the staff are fabulous! Joanne was our coordinator and we absolutely cannot fault her. She was lovely, and very reassuring and calming! Our day went so smoothly and this was all down to Joanne and the team in the background keeping things running and making sure ourselves and our guests were happy. The food for our wedding was a majorly big deal for us, being massive food lovers and in particular curry lovers! We wanted something a little different that suited us. We chose the ‘street stall’ food options and oh my word - it did not disappoint! We had the choice of 3 different food carts - we chose Indian, Greek and British. The food was to die for and there was something to suit everyone, and plenty of it! I had a plate of each! We had so many compliments from guests regarding the food, everyone loved it and everyone thought it was delicious. The honeymoon suite and the bridal preparation room are gorgeous, we had so much fun before the wedding even began! We stayed the night before and were helped with anything we needed, then we had a beautiful bridal brunch whilst getting ready for the big day, music on, Prosecco flowing! Our whole experience was perfect from start to finish, Joanne and the team were just an email away whenever we had any questions and always timely with responses. We felt very supported. We would recommend Heaton House and the team to Brides and Grooms on the hunt for their perfect wedding venue - you definitely won’t regret it!

Genuinely and whole heartedly we feel like the luckiest people in the world to have got married at Heaton House Farm. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful: the grounds, the versatile and spacious rooms, the incredible food and the stunning accommodation. We absolutely fell in love with the venue from the moment we saw it and saw endless opportunity in terms of how we could make the space available personal to us on our special day. We can’t begin to explain how grateful we are to the team; for all of the pre-wedding help and advice, to ensuring that our special day ran like clockwork, to the staff being so warm, welcoming and kind to us and our guests on the day. It truly was special getting married at a place where each and every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel so special on our wedding day, even just thinking about it to this day makes us feel on cloud 9. Harriet was nothing short of incredible and we feel unbelievably lucky to have had her co-ordinating our big day. We had full trust in Harriet right from the moment we met her and she put us at so much ease and made us feel completely comfortable in the run up to and on our wedding day. Every worry which we had about how the day would run was completely squashed by the seamless organisation of Harriet and by her calm, kind, reassuring and caring nature. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask for and Harriet consistently went out of her way to ensure that we had the day we have always dreamt of and more. We cannot recommend Heaton House Farm enough to anyone looking for their dream wedding venue. The venue will hold such a special place in our hearts forever and we could not have wished for or dreamt of a more special wedding day. We truly had the best day of our lives. We had our dream weeding! We wanted a traditional Pakistani/ Muslim wedding in a timeless venue. Heaton House was our first choice and we knew nothing would compare. We initially struggled with the thought of only being able to use a list of approved providers, particularly because we required traditional pakistani/ halal cuisine. We used Seven Seas Caterers who delivered food BEYOND expectations. The planning and support from the Heaton House Farm team, particularly Nicola and Harriet was very reassuring and supportive to ensure the correct choices were made. The owner, Mick is also a lovely gentleman. We used the startlight roof for our Qawali. It was something out of this world. I viewed so many venues before making a decision but this was our first viewing and nothing can compare. No regrets, just amazing memories and the knowledge we had our dream moment. The Heaton House Venue is magical and the team are magicians!!
