First time visiting Manor Vets and the receptionists were very friendly and the vet was informative regarding my kitten ,l had the kitten pack which I thought was good value.

We have used the vets since having our dog, they are always helpful and friendly and look after our dog.

I had to bring my little Lilith here the other day after she was stung by a bee. It was our first time visiting as I couldn't get to our other vet. From talking on the phone to actually arriving, the service was absolutely fantastic. The receptionist was so helpful and caring and then when we arrived at the centre everyone was really welcoming & friendly. I loved the candle you had on the desk too with the little note about when it is lit. The vet who saw us was wonderful. She was so gentle and genuinely cared about Lilith. The vet was even amazing with my children and let my son play with one of the dogs toys that he really wanted to play with 😅 I would absolutely recommend this vets and will be sticking with them from now on.

Friendly receptionists and vets, they help to keep my dog calm as he gets nervous when going to the vets. I have the Pet Health Club extra plan which is excellent value for money especially as my dog had to have a few check ups for an ear infection, saved me a lot of money not having to pay for the consultations
