Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further

I joined Blacks Vets more than 18 years ago when I rescued my then kitten, Leo. I have always been happy with the care and service I have received and in the last year we met JT at the Dudley branch. He was great and as Leo required follow up appointments for tests we followed him to the Lye practice. Sadly Leo was diagnosed with kidney failure which required frequent visits to the practice, each time seeing JT. The advice, medical intervention and compassion shown to us during the last few months of Leo’s life were second to none. The whole team have been incredible and I would recommend this practice to anyone. When we do decide to adopt another fur baby we will return to this practice without hesitation. Superb vets. So kind to my dog and informative. We were given thorough information and talked through all options. Clear information at all steps. So welcoming and no problems following procedure. Always can rely on them to help, guide and I have never had any complaint.

It was our first trip to the vets with our cats, for their annual boosters. They're rescues and so very nervous of people in general. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. There's a separate area for cats and dogs, and we were seen after about 10 minutes of waiting. The vet was very good with both cats, very calm and friendly. All went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
