BEHAVE YOURSELVES!! I’m shocked at the negativity when they are a charity Charity means you use them if you have no other options No wonder they are struggling with the sheer amount of pets and how you speak to them. I witnessed someone being called a c@@t!! Go to A&e or GP there’s a wait Personally I used them this week for an emergency and I had no complaints Compassionate and friendly receptionist Dark hair in a pony Vet mid brown in a pony friendly and informative Show them some love when you go
