So I have had my Elliot going to Cavan ever since he was a pup. They have always shown great care with him. I really appreciate a vet that dosnt charge a crazy amount for emergency last minute visits. So I do find the prices at cavan a bit high, but when I took him in last minute at 3am on Christmas eve once for a emergency, I was greated at the door right away. After it was detirmined just to be kennel cough we waited and I saw the vet. My bill was the exact same charge as a scedualed apoitment. So I find that's a fair trade off. I find the staff really friendly and great to deal with as well

Although Cavans prices are a bit high, I have had such good experiences with them. My 2yr old lab is an anxious/hyper dog, she's nervous at the vets. The techs and the vets are absolutely amazing with her. They take as much time as we need with her, they come down on the floor with her and gain her trust everytime. They never make me feel embarrassed or bad about my dog being somewhat difficult. They are always very informative and always take the time to answer my questions, even when its calling them after/ before our appointments. They really do care and I really appreciate the extra time and care they give to us.

My husband and I have taken our Rottweiler to Cavan Hills multiple times, mainly for after-hours visits when my regular vet was closed. While the prices may be a bit higher, the peace of mind knowing I can get care for my dog at almost any time makes it completely worth it. The veterinarians and vet techs are fantastic—they treat my husband and I and our Ellie with such kindness and professionalism. Even though we have a clinic just 12 minutes away, we've chosen to make Cavan Hills our primary vet, despite the hour-long drive. The level of care they provide is exceptional, and the receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming!

I cannot thank Cavan Hills enough for their incredible care and professionalism. They went above and beyond to accommodate us on very short notice and provided exceptional care for our beloved Yoshi.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and reassured. The vet and the team were compassionate, thorough, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to explain Yoshi’s treatment plan clearly and ensured all of my questions were answered.

It’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring team. Our family is extremely grateful for Cavan Hills’ kindness, expertise, and efficiency.
