I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really happy with this practice, particularly Arabella Harvey. She really seemed to care and had a natural affinity with Buster, he really liked her and the way she spoke to him was just lovely. She took the time to explain everything clearly to me and answer any questions I had. definately recommend

I cannot recommend Windlesham Village Vets highly enough, especially if you have rabbits! I had concerns about my bunny this morning, called at 9:30 not expecting to be able to be seen as it was a Saturday, and was able to take him in for an appointment at 11! Receptionist was very kind on the phone and even lovelier in person. Pete, one of the vets there that specialises in rabbits, was so friendly, knowledgable, answered all of my questions and was very understanding. He was thorough in his examination of my bunny and handled him with such care - it was evident that Gus’s (bunny) comfort was his top priority the entire time we were there. We’ve seen Pete a couple of times now and he’s always been amazing, I would give this place 10 stars if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.

We had to have our beloved cat, Marley put to sleep a couple of weeks ago. The staff at Virginia Water Vets were nothing short of caring, compassionate and patient. This was all very last minute but they allowed us time to spend with him, before and after, without rushing us. Aphroditi was kind and empathetic and explained everything to us clearly after his blood test. A couple of days after, we received a personal sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. We opted for an individual cremation for him and when we received his ashes, we was blown away with how thoughtful everything was, with such personal touches and keepsakes. We have no doubt that our boy was in the best hands at Virginia Water Vets, the reassurance they have given us in what was/is an incredibly emotional and upsetting time is priceless. Thank you for your kindness and for taking care of our boy!

Tristan was amazing with my cat, Layla and you could really see how much he cared. The whole team is warm and compassionate, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. The prices are also really reasonable, which just shows they’re all about the animals, not the money. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sadly, our gorgeous 17 year old cat, Munchkin, had to be sent to cat heaven today as she was extremely poorly due to a mass found in her bladder, which was diagnosed by David at The Guildford Vet when we sought a second opinion from him after we weren’t confident about former vet’s diagnosis (which it turns out we were right to question). I cannot express in words how professional, caring, understanding and empathetic everyone is at The Guildford Vet! From the moment I called to ask if we could seek a second opinion from them Kim on reception was amazingly kind and ensured we got registered with them straight away and got an immediate appointment for us with David. At such an emotional and sad time David, Kim and all the team at The Guildford Vet were so very kind and understanding and treated our Munchkin so tenderly - as heartbreaking as it is, we are so grateful her last moments were in their hands. Thank you to David, Kim and all the team for being the lovely people you are who, without a shadow of a doubt, genuinely care for the cherished family pets of your clients.

Nice to have vets that aren't scared of bull breeds and don't have crazy prices. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We hadn’t had the best experience with vets in the local area, as they weren’t very great when handling our Italian greyhound which led to improper checks etc. However, then we found Voo it’s been refreshingly vastly different and we appreciate the whole team here for making their vets a safe space for our little pooch! He’s still building confidence with vets due to bad experiences elsewhere before but the Voo team are patient, give him lots of love, and have been able to help with getting Moose on course with being very healthy for a very long time! We appreciate their ethos and efforts to date, and are so glad we found them. Thanks team Voo - from us and Moose! :)

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

My first visit today, all the staff are so lovely and the vet was so patient with me and my dog Layla. She’s super nervous and gets really stressed at the vets and everyone made a lot of fuss of her and made us both feel really comfortable as going to the vets is very stressful for us both as she freaks out. The vet we saw had great knowledge and had plenty of time for us which is what my nervous girl needs! Thankyou !

Outstanding service from a first class team at Knaphill Vets. We'd been looking for a local vet to spay our 12 month Sprocker so visited first as it's a new practice in the area. Chief vet Alfie couldn't have been more helpful, he carefully explained the procedure and gave us a tour of their immaculate and well equipped practice as well as introducing us to some of his team. He also outlined the cost which was followed up by email. Impressed by their professionalism and genuine care for their charges we booked her in for 10 days later as it suited us. On the day everything went perfectly just as Alfie had outlined, we were kept fully informed by message and by phone as well as a couple of reassuring pics of our happy and comfortable girl. We took her home later the same day with a little after-care package and now barely 24 hours later she's almost back to her crazy self! Unrivalled service and care and so happy we found Knaphill Vets - just wish we could give them 6 stars! Thanks Alfie and team !!

I’ve had pets which have required long term and frequent medication and they made sure that I got it in the most cost effective way possible. I’m very glad to be able to access their surgery quickly with the access to emergency appointments which have helped my pets speedily when they’ve needed it. I am very happy to support a small veterinary practice which remembers my cat’s names! I have called up countless times just to ask advice and they’ve never shunned me and have always gone and asked the vet if they needed more information to respond.

Helen is very patient with the patients and the owners!! and everyone treats your pet like their own.All so friendly and kind . I can only thank Helen and the team for their incredible services and that I still have Brodie with me but even better he has a new lease of life and is back to being his good old pain in the backside :) He was having trouble breathing and from my own experience I thought it could be kennel cough but as it worsened it was clear it was something more sinister! The HL team were so good, they referred me this amazing cardio vet in Milford that works with them and we took him there. He was given the canine version of the last rites and I kissed him goodbye as I left - I never thought I'd see him again! Sheena the Cardio vet called me at about 4pm (I was expecting the worst) but she said he's responding well to the treatment and would be best at home - well 24hours later I have this nutter of a setter back and since then we have gone from strength to strength - he is loving life which is all I ask for my pets. I have been going to HL with my Gordon Setters and Maine Coons for more years that I care to mention and I am always treated with respect, they know I know dogs and most of all know my dogs - I am never told to keep him quiet which is a foreign language to a setter owner!!! So, thanks again Helen and all your lovely team - he is currently laying my my feet snoring!!!! Oh, and why a four and not five stars - the parking can be a bit annoying but this not the fault of the team but a problem with Guildford itself! Louise Glaysher and the Billingham Gordon Setters 10/09/19 - an update. I took Brodie to Sheena (cardio vet) for the three month check up. She was amazed, he is still so full of life and now no heart murmur. I know this is no cure and we need to manage this (as with human heart disease) but he now has such a great quality of life and lives life to the full which is all I ask for - again thank you Helen and team and of course Sheena

I brought my cat here today and Dr Stephens identified acute kidney failure and acted straight away. I really respect the fact she didn’t flinch and she came up with a plan for my cat. Some vets may have been overwhelmed by the situation of a new patient coming in with missing history but not this vet. She is a fantastic vet and her team are extraordinary in dealing with a really upsetting and life threatening issue. I dread to imagine what could have happened during the weekend to her if I had not taken her to Hunters Lodge.

I am going to give 5 stars for the vet professionalism, kindness and patience. We were seen by vet Monika, it’s first time in a while since we have visited the clinic. The vet was absolutely incredible, did not rush us, listened to the full history and took the best course of action to treat our dog which was cost efficient. I highly recommend being seen by her in future. Regarding management, as I’ve happened to be in the clinic and overheard something which should have been rather private addressed to the vet, I would advise more courtesy and consideration. Regarding receptionist, overall good service but had to remind of the email I sent asking for support and guidance as unfortunately we’re going through a difficult time. The clinic has had work done and it looks beautiful.
