Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

Amazing vets, they have been great with our puppy. They were able to offer us a emergency appointment with a few hours when we had a problem. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough to make you and your pet feel comfortable.

I cannot praise Beech House Vet and their team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my chihuahua Sophie throughout her life. Receiving a thoughtful card from them after Sophie passed away was greatly appreciated and demonstrates the dedication to their fury patients and their owners. Thank you

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

From start to finish, Vicky was incredibly friendly, professional, prompt, and polite. She came to our home to issue the pet travel certificate, carrying out her duties with minimal fuss and maximum attention to detail. The paperwork she provided was impeccable, ensuring that our border crossing was completely stress-free. We handed over our documents with full confidence, knowing everything was perfectly in order. Leading up to our appointment, Vicky's advice was invaluable. She guided us through the entire process with clear instructions, making what could have been a stressful experience an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend Vicky highly enough and I am delighted we chose to use her services. She responded to our initial enquiry very promptly and was able to provide me with so much invaluable advice in addition to a thorough explanation of the process involved. She was very friendly and understanding of our needs and concerns with a more senior dog, and the reassurance was extremely welcome. The process was seamless and smooth throughout and the in-person visit was quick and easy. All the necessary paperwork was intact and we sailed through customs without any issues. We bought Lola into see Sam for a second opinion regarding an ongoing eye issue. Lola had been back and forth with her registered vet for more than 6 months, with No improvement. Sam booked lola in for the operation to resolve and I’m pleased to confirm it was a success, within 48 hours of the op, Lola’s eye looked almost better and we have just had confirmation it has now fully healed. Sam was fantastic right from the start, made sure Lola was looked after. Not only do I recommend Voo Vets, but highly recommend Sam. Thank you Voo Team!

My cat, Montague, got transferred here as an out of hours patient from our own vet after some complications following a procedure with them. The care offered by Kenza & all the Voo team who looked after Monty was outstanding. 🫶🏻 The daily updates were of a great comfort, & kept me updated with Monty’s progress, recovery, & any treatments needed. Plus we were able to visit every day if we wanted. We had a follow up appointment today to make sure everything was going as planned & so that I knew what to expect when returning to our vet to continue treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Voo. Exceptional care for both you and your pet.

We had the most heartbreaking decision to make on 30th December 2024 to have our little girl Kira put to sleep. The vet that helped her was amazing and told us straight from the start the problems. She was compassionate and lovely and gave my husband and myself as much time as we wanted to spend with our little fur ball before we said our final goodbyes to her. The staff were absolutely amazing and understanding, and gave us options for a funeral. Kira our cat was much loved and when her ashes were returned to us it was so lovely as the casket we had for her were delivered with her ashes inside. The most wonderful thing we got was a small personal jar with some of her fur (they really got the best bits of her) and her paw prints. I am so greatfull for voo and every single member of the team who helped us through. We could not have asked for anything more. Well done to the team and much respect for what you do!

We are so happy with Voo Vets and the care they've given our pup Homer. He was admitted at only nine weeks old and we were absolutely distraught, but the team took such good care of him, and sent us regular updates with photos, which was a huge comfort. Everything we've needed since has been dealt with brilliantly by the team. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful and they're so happy to see Homer. We were also able to get an emergency appointment very quickly when needed. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your great work!

I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't. However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks

The amount of warmth, care and thought that this whole practice shows it's patients is one that I haven't experienced at another vets before. I have an elderly dog who I've been struggling with and they've gone above and beyond again and again. after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Nicola Donnelly is a phenomenal vet and easily one of the best I've encountered in 30+ years of pet ownership. Goes the extra mile and then some, genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Takes her job seriously while being warm and approachable and always has time to explain complex topics etc. She (as well as the kind admin/nursing staff) is the reason I stayed with this practice, despite my moving out of the area.

I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.
