Lovely experience, the staff were so helpful and informative. I bought a fish tank and 2 fish for my daughters birthday, I'm a very happy customer. I was served by a lovely lady called Ally, who gave me all the support and advice I needed to get the most for my money and the best gift. I would definitely recommend them as they had lots of gift ideas in store.

I took my dog to this practice over the Christmas period, after him being very unwell for 3 days & nights. My registered Vets4Pets practice in Luton couldn't care less, had no emergency appointments to offer us and gave me no advice whatsoever. Thankfully St Albans fitted us in the same day and I'm so grateful they did. The staff are empathetic and compassionate, provide professional and well explained advice, and ensure follow up appointments to ensure your pets health improves. We found a lost dog running around St Albans and rang this vet after the local police were unresponsive. We got a really friendly and calm response from this vet. When we bought the little dog in they were calm, friendly and informative. They let us stay there for as long as needed, till they closed. They gave us water for the dog and lent us a slip lead.
