Incredibly sensitive and compassionate staff. Treated our boy like their own and supported us and him through the end of his life with care and love. The team clearly care about every pet that comes through their door and provides a really personal service. The card that came a few days later really made us appreciate the care we all received. Great veterinary practice! They took in an injured wild hedgehog today, from a member of the public. The hedgehog had a broken hind leg, flystrike, was cold and dehydrated. They removed the flyeggs, warmed and gave her an xray. She's now been passed to us for rehabilitation (her leg will need splinting) and they have offered to do follow up xrays for her. This is a good veterinary practice who cares about wildlife, whilst sadly many vet practices would have just had her put to sleep. - London Colney Hedgehog Rescue

A massive thank you to Taymar, I felt reassured leaving my little friend with her after he passed away. She made sure my wishes were fulfilled and I received even more little touches which was a lovely surprise and so heart warming 🫶🏼 the receptionist, a young lady with light hair, was so compassionate when I came to collect the ashes. I am delighted with the service received from minute one. For someone who's new to the Vet's world, I couldn't ask for a more personalised and humane attention. I had so many doubts when we brought our 8-week kitten home that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Gus exceeded my expectations explaining everything I needed to know and beyond. Rachel was also fantastic before and after my visit. Seeing how professional the team is puts my mind at ease. I also chose the health care plan because it's great value for money.
