From reception to nurses and most especially the vet and subsequent surgeon at Surbiton, everyone went above and beyond for Cody. Jamie is really gentle and patient with Luna in hydrotherapy. He's managed to get my vet averse cockapoo making good progress in her hydrotherapy sessions.
The amount of warmth, care and thought that this whole practice shows it's patients is one that I haven't experienced at another vets before. I have an elderly dog who I've been struggling with and they've gone above and beyond again and again. I have a younger puppy who I had registered elsewhere but will be moving to this vets because of ther service. Thank you guys xx
