The nurse explained exactly what would happen before, during and after Rubys surgery. I told her that I really wasn’t sure about her having the surgery and I definitely didn’t feel pressured one way or another. The nurse explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease.
3 weeks ago I had to make the hard decision to have my beloved cat Lilly put to sleep she was with me for 17years and to say I was heartbroken 💔 is an understatement.
The staff at this surgery were so professional,caring, and respectful to both myself and to Lilly at this extremely difficult time, The vet Darcey stood back and bowed his head after Lillys heart stopped beating showing his respect for us both at this sad time.
I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to you all keep up the fantastic job you do,Lilly is back home with me now forever.
Changed vets from companion care. Took my new rescue wcs who is super scared of everything for a first visit. OMG amazing!! Sat on the floor with my super scared dog. Took plenty of time. Genuinely cared. Wish I had taken her name. Will next time ❤️
Took my dog here as an emergency and highly recommended, Andras, Lisa and the team (sorry didn't get all your names) were brilliant thank you everyone
The staff recognise my little dog now as he has been a regular patient due to ops on his leg. Very welcoming and the two vets we see, Shane and Andras are perfect with him. He is a nervous little thing and they know exactly how to approach and calm him. I regularly recommend them to people as i have nothing bad to say about this Veterinary practice
