We have been taking our cat to these people all of his life. They are very kind, caring and have always been able to sort our boy. Sadly I had to take him for his last journey last week, but they couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. They made the worst into the best it could be.
Moved vets recently as had Elm cottage recommended by a few people. Love the fact they are pro raw, holistic and natural where appropriate. I've been able to see the same vet everytime recently for an ongoing condition which has just made all the difference and have got an appointment quickly. Never rushed an appointment, felt I could ask anything and fees have been very reasonable. So glad I moved, worlds apart from previous vets!
I am very happy with the care of Dr Djordje Vucovic for my cat Moka. He was very professional, supportive and compassionate and he addressed efficiently both the animal's needs and my worries. I cannot thank enough him and the clinic for seeing us quickly, on the same day of calling. The cat is already relaxed and seem a lot happier. Highly recommended service!
Totally love and trust it here. The staff are so lovely and I have been taking my dogs for many years. Sadly I have taken my very loved jack Russell for her final visit and had to have her put to sleep. Charlie was so lovely to that little old lady and beyond amazing with me. Our poor little Willow had a poorly eye but George looked after her so well and gave her drops for her eyes. Turns out she has generally sensitive skin which can also give her sore eyes. George is a brilliant vet and is so gentle with Willow. Would recommend him to anyone.
