Always been able to see my dog promptly when not well no matter day or night. My dog is very anxious and they have always made him as relaxed as possible when seeing him and given him the best treatment.
Once again Abbey House didn't let me down! I've been bringing my pets here for over 30yrs & travel a round trip of 30 miles - I couldn't even think of taking my pets anywhere else! All the staff are lovely from the warm greeting at reception to the wonderful vets & last night I met one of the cleaning staff who was also lovely! Thank you for caring for our animals the way you do.
Vets appointments can be traumatic for pets and owners but the staff always make sure everyone is comfortable. When we lost our cat they have offered as much compassion and help as they could. They truly cared for him when he was still alive and when we had to say good bye they were so professional and delicate. All the staff are always very helpful and polite. We’ve never had a problem with accommodating appointments even in emergency situation.
