I cannot thank Charlotte enough for making one of the hardiest decisions that little bit easier, she was very understanding and explained the whole process. You can tell Charlotte is very thoughtful and caring, she made the last moments with Oscar very peaceful and understands how you’re feeling at such a sad time, saying that last goodbye is the hardest thing to do, I cannot thank you enough and will be forever grateful.

It has taken me weeks to write this review because I am devastated by the loss of my Lottie. The time had come to make that awful decision that all pet owners dread. I was told about Charlotte and her home euthanasia service by my own vet and I am just so grateful. Charlotte was wonderful. She handled Lottie so gently, showed my husband and myself such kindness and compassion. She made such a sad situation bearable and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone in the same situation as myself. She took control and organised everything including Lottie's cremation. I will be forever grateful.

Charlotte made one of the most difficult decisions and experiences we’ve ever had to face much more bearable. We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old springer, Maddie, who was so loved by all in the family. Charlotte was kind, compassionate, responsive and gave us ample time to say goodbye in the most peaceful way possible. Charlotte was very kind, considerate and respectful, she explained the whole procedure, gave us time to say our final goodbyes. She sent us a card with our dogs paw print and nose print on which so thoughtful. We requested an individual cremation and she returned the ashes to us with some beautiful little memories including some fur in a lovely bottle. We have another old dog and when her time comes I will most definitely use Charlotte's services again.
