Let me start by saying how amazing all the staff are , from the moment you walk in greeted by friendly , caring and helpful reception team who make you feel at ease . Then all 3 of the vets that have seen my little rabbits have been amazing knowledgable , caring , able to answer any of my questions. I am overly anxious and had a traumatic event with a previous pet at a previous vets so choosing a new vet to trust with my little buns was terrifying and trusting anyone to spay my little girl rabbit was beyond scary but reception and the nurses have always been on hand via email and telephone to answer many many questions leading up to the spay and after and the vets have always answered my questions via call or email and even see my girl the next day right away when she had a little issue after surgery and managed to help her with this . Honestly can’t thank all the reception team the nurses and vets Lucy, Karen and Maddy enough . Little Lola is still recovering and will be returning for her post op care I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my rabbits .

Absolutely brilliant vet here. I have been a few times now for my small pets and Lucy is absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and considerate every time. I had to schedule an emergency appointment for my youngest rat as she was lethargic and very much not herself this morning. The reception staff were helpful and considerate too. Thank you all SO much for helping us. Highly recommend.

My XL bully Reggie was neutered earlier today, with fantastic care from Sandhole vets and nurses his surgery went very well and is recovering nicely. Thank you Sandhole for looking after our boy reggie :) xxx

We needed a vet experienced with reptiles and Sandholes's website offered this. We booked online, very easy, followed up with a phone call to check the consultation price. On arrival we didn't wait long until our reptile was seen. Everything was explained to us clearly while the treatment was being done, and so we could continue to administer the medication at home. This resulted in a stress free visit for us and our gecko.
