Very helpful staff, receptionists, and clinicians, our cat was handled and treated with care. We received clear information about what treatment the cat received and advice on how to administer medicine at home.

Honestly couldn’t recommend enough! The staff were so friendly and helpful, got seen really quickly and was given so much advice. They have a messaging service where you can send over enquiries and respond so quickly, practical if you’re working and need help. They also follow up on their patients to see how they’re doing - a really personal touch that makes you/your animal feel really cared for. Very welcoming and warming. Thank you so much 💕

My grateful thanks for your help on Saturday 23rd November 24. I cannot fault the level of professionalism, compassion, advice and the fact that traffic made me 20 minutes. The Italian lady was great and nothing was too much trouble. The young lady on reception was equally helpful. Simon
