I love these vets. We had a poorly cat today, with an ongoing problem (osteoarthritis). He was really suffering this morning. All Creatures fitted us in as an emergency - then looked after our beloved moggy all day, with bloods, sedation and xray all for a very reasonable price. We felt very cared for by all staff and we now know what’s wrong as well as how to keep him happy. Thank you to the brilliant team at All Creatures. Best vets / practice ever. 🧡🐈‍⬛

Erica and her colleague came to our home to euthanise our beloved ridgeback at the end of his long and happy life. I was distraught, but their compassion and reassurance made the process as palatable as it could possibly be given the circumstances. We have used this vets for a number of years and cannot fault them. They clearly love animals and make a big fuss of our two new pups when we take them in. Highly recommend 🩵

Erica and the team took amazing care of our kitten when she got sick before the easter. As a first time pet owner her being sick was very overwhelming but the team were outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for the care she received I would highly recommend this vets.

We have been struggling to find a friendly and caring vet since my lovely lily attack/incident. It was our first appointment yesterday and all staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They put our mind at rest and explained everything so clearly and they really showed they cared about our lily. I believe her name was harper our vet. She was absolutely incredible. I’m so glad we changed vets and came to all creatures. They are fantastic and they have really put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for everyone who works there for your service! Referred in the morning, appointment by lunchtime. Amazing kind vet who explained everything. Tests in the afternoon, collected by tea time with plan in place. Cannot recommend the service, kindness of the team and facilities enough. Thanks to you all.

Back in July my Dog came down with an Illness where he lost all his abilities to walk, bark & eat .we have a Working Cocker spaniel so you can Imagine a dog that bounces on & off the walls to Nothing was quite worrying . After 2 days of going to our Normal Vets in Birmingham. With 2 different dignonises well Day 3 we got referred to Scarsdale vet's & Pride referrals . They were Amazing from the minute we stepped in the door & still ongoing they have all been Amazing from the Reception Staff all the way up to the vets & training vets. They have Saved our little boy. we Still have to bring him back every 3 weeks for his Chemo but if it was left to our own Vets he wouldn't be with us now .

Referred by our local vet for an oncology consultation. Modern clean, friendly and compassionate. They have really looked after our dog, and we are grateful for their professionalism, clear communication and kindness.

Took my dog for his 6 monthly check up, the vet was lovely with Bailey and gave me some advice on teeth cleaning. The girls on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean veterinary practice, many thanks.

An odd review, but one that shows the integrity and honesty of the vet team. We had two parcels delivered by mistake to Easipetcare and they took the time to find me and let me know so they could be collected.

An appointment booked very quickly. An excellent vet, he listened to my concerns and we discussed the options. I didn’t feel as though I was trying to be sold any treatments just for the sake of it. I could highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from registration to first appointment. Everything was explained and I was given excellent advice and reassurance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed what could have been a nervous 2nd vaccination appointment. Very glad i chose to register my new puppy at the Ashbourne practice.

Always had good service here. They’ve always managed to fit me in short notice in emergencies and this approach gave us another 6 months with our dog till she sadly passed.

Everyone at Riverside was so lovely when we took our chihuahua in this evening. Hes now recuperating at home after hurting his hip. Pain killers are helping. Thank you so much. Totally recommend this vets 🐕💖

On holiday and our dog got tummy issue so the vet fitted us in and sorted us out very quickly. Highly recommended.

My cat was referred in emergency, the staff were understanding and caring. She was taken in quickly and had bloods and blood transfusion, as well as xray, ultrasound and bone marrow taken for testing. Very thorough and quick. I'm not a vet but I'd say they saved her life, as I really didn't expect her to come home with severe anaemia, little to no red cells, low white cells and platelets. But because they reacted quickly and tended to her straight away, after a week of everything being done to her, bless her, she's finally home. Yes I sobbed on picking her up, any animal lover would. She will have regular appointments but she's here and that's all that matters. Thank you to all of you for your support and care for Talulla-Eden.

I was referred to Pride vets by my own vet as my dog required a neurology assessment . I’ve got to say the whole process was faultless . We got an appointment within an hour on a Saturday morning , a full neurological assessment was performed and a treatment plan set up . My dog was an inpatient for 6 days , during this time I went to see him but the vets called me at least daily to keep me up to date with what was happening , I was sent photos of him and when I called during the day the staff were always extremely helpful and went to see how he was for me . He appeared content to be around everyone and you could tell that he’d been given 24 hour care. Over the weekend the vets have called me for a progress report , given me advice and medication he required as his appetite is quite poor at the moment . Last week was a stressful time for us but they made me feel that we were giving him the best chance as I felt he was getting the right care and treatment . 10 out of 10 for me .

My Louis couldn’t have been in better hands. Right from the consultation to his operation to remove a cancerous growth and the personal phone call from his surgeon Mark Longley to keep me informed. I couldn’t have wished for a more caring, professional service. Definitely 10/10

Spire vets are always amazing, even more so this evening when my bull dog swallowed a pebble. There was no messing around they saw him as an emergency 20 minutes after I called. They definitely saved my baby from having to have surgery and I can't thank them enough!!!! They not only looked after my dog They looked after me too. Thank you so so much 💗

Spire vets have looked after my girl for almost 11yrs we moved and I did stay with your practice but found it to far. Then I moved into a bungalow so happy to be back it spire. My girl is 11 yrs now and you have looked her from a puppy to the old lady she is today. Thank you to all the wonderful staff,❤️

We were staying at the nearby campsite when my dog, Zeus, needed urgent care over the bank holiday weekend. I was petrified because of the type of care that was needed and also worried about the bill over the bank holiday, but Douglas and everyone at the practice were just incredible and you can tell they love animals. I rave to everyone about how amazing the staff were and I only wish they were closer to us at home because I’d love to have them as our everyday vets. Zeus needed to go back over the 3 days we were away and I was so reassured throughout the whole process. Douglas even called on the Saturday night to make sure he was doing ok. Just so appreciative of how well Zeus was looked after and I can’t recommend enough x

Our Red Setter Chilli was taken ill on Christmas day whilst we were on holiday. We were seen by Douglas Ross. I was very grateful for the very caring service we received and would like to say she has recovered and is back to herself. I would gladly recommend these vets, and if we lived nearer, I would gladly be using them. A very big thank you for the care you gave our dog. Judith Thatcher

Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to send our old terrier over the rainbow bridge. The staff were incredibly kind and compassionate and gave us as much time as we needed both before and after she went. I know money shouldn't come into it but unfortunately it does, and the bill we received was so much more reasonable than what you would expect from some of the larger chain vets. We live over 40 mins away but will always be taking our dogs there as the service is worth the distance!

Staff are amazing offered for our puppy to attend once a month to have play time and to meet other dogs so she doesn’t just see the vets as a negative place.

Absolutely amazing care of my new 'older' lady who hasnt had the best of life previously. My little one had the full attention and was put at ease by lovely Katy and the team ❤️ Well done Wicket 👏 and look at the transformation since coming into the care of a good team. She is now thriving.

We have a great big challenge of a Labrador with too many issues to list!🫣 Anxiety & fear is a key issue. The care, patience and soothing kindness vet ‘Katy’ showed to both Teddy and us was exemplary ❤️ the appointment was literally night & day compared to our previous visit. She listened, understood our difficulties and went above & beyond to help us. After some research, we are now trialing a new meditation for Ted that will hopefully make a happier, more relaxed life for all of us🙏🏼 We are so thankful to this lovely young lady for going the extra mile and treating our goofy boy so brilliantly 🐾🫶🐾
