The best vets I have ever used. So helpful and considerate. I took my Border Terrier to have his ear checked and was pleased with outcome. Also the young lady on reception kindly made me a coffee while I waited for my lift. Excellent service, would recommend.

Highly recommend this vets practice, such kind and caring staff. My went in this Monday, the vet said she seemed well from her behaviour and a quick physical check over but listened to my concerns and booked us in for bloods and ultrasound the following morning. By mid morning I had a phone call discussing my options and advising surgery was advised, she had surgery the same day and they looked after her so well, I picked her up at 7pm. I am so glad they listened to my concerns and my dog is feeling much better because of them.

I was on holiday when I needed to see a Vet for my dog. I found the contact details in the information pack for the cottage I was renting. The receptionist was so helpful, especially when I couldn't find the location despite using my satnav. The Vet gave Theo a thorough examination and prescribed a medicine. It enabled us to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. 5* service, and very happy to recommend.

A very good place for care and a comprehensive assessment of the health status of any animal. I was here for the first time with our friend, she has been serving her cats here for more than 5 years. A COZY place, if you come with children, there is a place to play with construction sets.

I honestly cannot recommend Paw Prints Vets enough—they've been absolutely incredible looking after my cat, Penny. From the very first appointment, everything was handled swiftly and professionally. They carried out all necessary tests promptly, including blood tests, a steroid injection, and an anti-emetic treatment to ease Penny's discomfort. Dr Lisa Sessions went above and beyond by calling me personally at 8 pm the very same day with Penny's blood test results, showing just how dedicated they are to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, Penny's condition deteriorated overnight, but the wonderful receptionist Wendy was incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment despite a busy schedule. Penny received another round of treatments immediately, and they promptly arranged an emergency ultrasound for Monday to further investigate her condition. The entire team at Paw Prints has shown genuine compassion and care every step of the way. It's so reassuring to know that Penny is in such dedicated, capable hands. Having 2 senior pets means a vet practice with a lot of care is so important. Gemma, Lisa and the entire team are so caring. Receptionists are so helpful and have sorted Insurance claims every 3-4 months and prescription scripts. Recently needed a dog’s Physiotherapy referral and Sarah sorted that over to Dr Lisa the same day. They are aware the cost of everything, not just pet care, has gone up and are communicative and happy to work with you to suit your pets and budget. My pets have a team of superstars behind them ⭐️

I decided to bring my dog to this vet practice after all the amazing reviews. The vet was absolutely wonderful with my dog and I have no complaints about her. However the receptionist was unkind and unfriendly to us. I have a big dog - almost 100 lbs and my husband couldn't join us to the appointment. She asked me to weigh my dog alone - no one came to help me or asked if I needed any help. When the reception was busy and full of cats I have asked if I could wait in a quiet room as my dog could get agitated in a new environment. She have told me to wait outside even though it was a cold rainy day. During the entire time I had no assistance, no friendly manners and I didn't feel welcomed to the practice. I have joined their plan per suggestion of the vet and again the receptionist was quite reluctant to enrol my dog, saying first she will send the information via email. I have never received any emails from the practice including my invoices which makes me think if her cold manners to me it's regarding the fact that I am an immigrant and not a local resident. Which is a shame as their practice seems lovely and the vet is really good. After my first review they changed completely with me and my dog. I can't praise them enough about taking care of my Skyla.

Brilliant recomend for any of your pets needs. The only place that has helped my frenchie with his sickness and boas surgery. Prices are great too. Can't give them enough praise. People please go there 🥰

Took my beautiful but extremely nervous Springer Spaniel for her visit to Marshall and Till today I was so impressed all the staff are an absolute delight Our veterinary consultation with Charlotte was excellent she was so kind and caring. I highly recommend Marshall and Till The service we received was most definitely 5 star

This is a good vets practice. The receptionists are nice and compassionate, and the vets seem entirely professional and competent, and nice people too. All vets are pricey, this one is probably marginally cheaper than some.

First class vets, polite friendly knowledgeable and the care of the pet is paramount at this practice. The team Will always make time for a consultation at the most difficult times

Just had my first experience of Marshall and Till. It won't be the last. They were very accepting of the fact that I took one cat instead of two (couldn't catch the other one). Both the vet and the veterinary nurse were kind gentle and compassionate with my traumatised rescue cat. Gave her a thorough check over and checked out i was happy with the cost before giving her an ultrasound and explained all the symptoms and possible treatments. Very impressed with them.

Fantastic veterinary care Reception staff frequently help to carry my 4 cats from the car into the reception area. Vet Adam is amazing, fountain of knowledge and advice. Can't imagine going anywhere else. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🤩

Fantastic service, same day appointment and procedure done there and then (relocated hip under GA). All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and reasurring. The standard of care for both myself (stressed and upset owner) and our little dog was absolutely top class! The vet (Adam) showed incredible compassion and explained the procedure and after care to great extent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone!! Cannot fault Blenheim in any way. Amazing care for our pets. All of the vets and other staff treat your pets like their own. Everyone takes time to fuss the animals and it really makes a difference when you're there and concerned about your pet. That's not to mention the amazing medical intervention they have provided to my dogs. I have no doubts that 2 of my 3 dogs are only currently with us because of how incredible and determined these vets are. Thank you all so much.

Blenheim Vets are wonderful everyone has a friendly but professional manner and it is clear they care deeply about pets and owners. The reception staff are unflappable even in emergencies and offer great support. The nurses are so thorough and thoughtful. All the vets are excellent and understanding. Hannah was brilliant in diagnosing our cat has kidney troubles, despite no obvious symptoms ! And Adam in particular explains everything and goes to great lengths to ensure pets are well even to the extent of looking into what was in the food I was feeding my dog to make sure she was getting the right nutrients. Excellent 👍🏻

On time polite understanding and caring. Nice open waiting area . Consultation rooms not overpowering for your pet and the vet herself was extremely informative and helpful. My daughter recommended you as we had just moved from Bordon. Bertie was very happy.

Tom at Cedar Vets has been absolutely fantastic helping with a stubborn ear infection. He’s been understanding, compassionate and extremely patient and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Everyone on reception has been efficient and friendly. Biscuit and I are very very happy with Cedar Vets Alton.

I have trusted Cedar Vets in Alton to care for my dogs for the last 20 years. The vets are always helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Their life time club is particularly valuable especially when our pets get older and it’s also good that they are still an independent practice.

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Our dogs go here & we are part of the Pet Plan (which is great value for money). They are lovely and caring, definitely want the best for the animals. We have seen differing nurses when we have been which has made it slightly confusing to try and communicate what is happening with the dogs sometimes, but they are good.

Excellent team, very friendly and good at putting our pets at ease. We always receive a good explanation of treatments and feel that as much time as necessary is allowed for the consultation

After a challenging experience with other vets, I chose Etwall Vets, and it was the best decision! Last week, I faced the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved cat down, and their compassion made all the difference. They provided me with all the time I needed, showing genuine care and understanding throughout the process. I received my cat's ashes today, accompanied by her paw and nose prints, as well as a heartfelt card. These mementos mean everything to me, and I am deeply grateful for them. Can’t fault this practice. My dog was taken poorly and was seen on the day. I really wanted her to see a vet she had seen before and she did. He was very thorough have her medics and took blood tests. It was early evening when we went. Within a hour of getting home the vet phoned to give us the results which were very good. What I like about the vet’s is the fact that they are Norbert if a chan which makes it very personal

All the people who work at Star are so friendly and wonderful with my Lab, Bruno. He's always happy to go there, whenever we need their assistance.

We travelled some distance but it was worth it. Bart clearly explained the procedure, (TPLO hind leg) and everything went to plan. Gave us clear instructions when we collected him and went through recovery timetable. 8 weeks post op, Paddy was examined by Karl and deemed to have made a good recovery. Some time to go yet, but Paddy is doing well. The hospital is excellent. Brand new and easy to find just outside town centre. Loads of parking. Reception staff very kind and polite.

We were referred to Orthopaedic Vets because my pomaranian could not walk due to luxating patella’s on both hind legs, he was that bad he couldn’t even stand up. An appointment was made within a couple of days. This is where we met Karl Underhill, he examined Teddy’s legs and was confident he could operate and improve Teddys condition. Within the week Teddy was operated on. I can’t believe how well Teddy has improved. Weekly progress reports and short videos were sent to Karl by me via email and advice returned. We’ve just had out 6 week check up and Karl is over the moon with Teddys progress, I still have to work on building Teddys muscles back up but Teddy can now stand, walk, he even breaks out into a little run occasionally, and is even cocking his leg now, it’s unbelievable the difference in such a short period of time. I can’t thank Karl and his team enough, Teddy has been unfortunate with several health conditions but now he can walk again, he can start to live his best life. If you read this Karl, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, you’ve given Teddy the quality of life he deserves, you and your staff are truly amazing. Thank you.

All the staff at the practice were brilliant. Karl especially. He explained the procedure, the risks and looked after my fur baby to great standards. A bonus that she has now recovered and back to her joyful, crazy self! Thankyou all! 1000% recommend 🩷

From the very 1st phone call following our dog's referral to Orthopaedic Vets, to discharge following his post-op x-ray, we were very impressed. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, Karl instantly put my mind at ease, going through the TPLO surgery, recovery time and post op exercise recommendations. He was only an email away for post-surgery support. The doggy bag was a welcome treat for Rudy, too 🐾 I would happily recommend this practice. Thank you x

I came here for the first time today with my 2 year old black German Shepherd. I was a little apprehensive as previous vets have found him a bit intimidating and have asked me to muzzle him even though he's never growled or snapped before. Sean was brilliant though, he put us both at ease with his confidence. Despite Zeus barking at him initially outside, they made friends quickly and the check up went very smoothly. No muzzle or treats required. :)

Nearly three weeks ago our 13 year old German shepherd had what we thought was a stroke (we had the same experience with another old shepherd years ago and a vet came out and put him to sleep). We rang our vet, we had to call twice to get a reply. The situation went from bad to worse with the vet refusing to even give us a telephone number of anyone who could help. With hindsight, they did us a favour. We rang round in desperation (it was Sunday morning) and eventually came up with Staveley Vets. Sean answered. He was amazing. He reassured us that our dog was not going to die overnight but he was on call until 8.30 next morning and would come out any time between now and then if we felt we needed him. He said our dog had not had a stroke as we know it but a syndrome peculiar to dogs. We registered with them next morning and 3 weeks later we still have our old girl. I cannot praise this practice too highly. From Sean himself, to Goergia and all the receptionists, we have been made to feel that we are the only clients they have. Absolutely lovely people. We know our girl is on borrowed time but every day is a bonus thanks to Sean and his team. I'm sorry to rabbit on but our last vet said they were too busy to come out in surgery hours even during the week to put her to sleep, we'd have to bring her in. Sean, one of the two partners, said, if we were worried DURING THE NIGHT ON A SUNDAY, ring him and he would come out. It speaks volumes.

Absolutely overwhelmed with the staff here, from the receptionist to the vets, nothing is too much trouble, they don't rush anything and take time to explain everything properly. We have a kitten with swimmers syndrome and they have shown us how to tape her legs. Gone through things we need to do to help her. She's also developed a slight flat chest which can be fatal but again he took his time explained what we need to do to help her to overcome this. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I had a Zoom appointment with Dr. Ellie. I live in the U.S. and was thrilled to be able to meet with a guinea pig expert. She was thorough, efficient, caring, very knowledgeable, and invested. It was an extremely worthwhile visit! I also appreciated the extensive follow-up notes she provided and the time she took to compile them. I wouldn’t hesitate to schedule another appointment with her in the future when needed!

Thank goodness for Ellie! It’s amazing to have a vet who knows and loves guinea pigs so much. Coco has only just started her treatment but I’m feeling really at ease knowing she’s under Ellie’s care and expertise. The option of her video appointments for advice is also very helpful and reasonably priced.

Very kind and knowledgeable, did her best for my little piggy, but unfortunately, there was nothing more that could be done. Basically the only person in the UK who I'd trust to do conscious dental surgery on guinea pigs.

So unbelievably grateful for both Ellie and the rest of the team at Derwent Valley Vets! They have been incredible in treating one of our guinea's who sadly had to have his eye removed after our previous vets showed little interest in adapting his care or changing his antibiotics despite little improvement in a month. When we came to Ellie, we were scared we were going to lose him; we knew we were close to the point of no return. Ellie and the team have absolutely given our boy his life back; even with one eye he is much more himself than we have seen him be in the last 2 months and we're so thankful. Even now, 2 weeks post surgery, we are in constant communication with the team, sending regular updates and receiving brilliant advice. I cannot praise this team enough! We travel 3 hours to see them, and will gladly do so for anything so important again because the standard of care is unbeatable. Oh, and they provided double the amount of treatment for half the price we were quoted elsewhere, so pricing is absolutely incredible value for the skills these guys have.
