Our boy dave Bit of a novel but worth reading,if you have any doubts. We picked our little boy,Dave,up at 12wks. With great excitement,he was to be in our minds our last dog,especially at our time of life. We expect him to have a long happy and healthy life,after all he was a puppy. He presented with skin issues,so we embarked on weekly some times daily visits to our local vet. Whilst trying to treat his skin,he picked up so many other infections. Its was deemed he was not a healthy boy,and suggested maybe we should let him go. As he unfortunately became so scared of the vets,then his only defence was to become aggressive with them. We then asked to be referred to donnington dermatologist specialist. Our journey began. We did as Emily told us to the letter, We made massive progress with his skin. Emily helped to control his terrible itching and discomfort. And proceed with caution,as she had been warned from other vets,that he was aggressive. We were so grateful. But still we were not convinced that something was bubbling away in the background He declined quickly,and Emily feared too,that there was something not right. So referred us to internal medicine. Dave and ourselves were instantly put at ease with Justine and her team. But he was extremely poorly,before Christmas we almost,feared that this was it,we would have to say our goodbyes. Justine never lossed faith and everyone was extremely supportive. Then after all there patience, kindness and extream knowledge,the breakthrough came. We had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. our boy Dave,melt when ever he see Justine. The big so called aggressive puppy,just turns to mush. These people are truly extraordinary and I could write a novel,about the pain that we have all gone through. But it all comes down to our immeasurable gratification for saving our boy Dave's life. Thankyou so much everyone,including the fantastic receptionist who always take time to ask,if he is ok today.

Great first experience yesterday with my 3 amigos. Very thorough, professional, helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Mandy for persevering in obtaining my dogs clinical histories, which was like pulling teeth, thank you. Thank you also to Katie who was professional, thorough, helpful and informative ( It was nice to see a familiar face ). To the receptionist who assisted me in completing the Healthy Pet Club forms and booking further appointments, thank you. The hospital was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Ample parking. Couldn’t fault it. Very happy :)

Came here in January after being referred by our own vets about my dogs glucose level wasn't coming down. First impression lovely and clean and friendly staff. We seen justine who was amazing she went through everything with us did plenty of tests scans etc which all came back clear. We have to give her updates and she has also kept in touch with us. Barney is now doing alot better We have got his diabetes and glucose level under control. Thank you.

Had an amazing experience with Justine recently when my dog was referred for an endoscopy. As young owners, River being our baby and first pet, we really needed answers to all of our questions. Justine gave that to us, she spent an hour before and an hour after all her testing to keep us at ease and explain everything in our terms which over the course of 2 months of Rivers bad health, we haven't ever experienced. Also shout out to the two lovely ladies on reception, no question was too much of an ask when it came to insurance claims etc. Wish I lived closer so these were my dogs go to vets. The best vets I have ever used. So helpful and considerate. I took my Border Terrier to have his ear checked and was pleased with outcome. Also the young lady on reception kindly made me a coffee while I waited for my lift. Excellent service, would recommend.

A very good place for care and a comprehensive assessment of the health status of any animal. I was here for the first time with our friend, she has been serving her cats here for more than 5 years. A COZY place, if you come with children, there is a place to play with construction sets.

I was on holiday when I needed to see a Vet for my dog. I found the contact details in the information pack for the cottage I was renting. The receptionist was so helpful, especially when I couldn't find the location despite using my satnav. The Vet gave Theo a thorough examination and prescribed a medicine. It enabled us to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. 5* service, and very happy to recommend.

Great staff caring and compassionate. Cared for our Yorkshire terrier and made her comfortable and happy for the last 3 years of her life…the knowledge and care is second to non! Geoff came to our home when it was time to let her go, it was an already awful day but made easier by the fact she wasn’t stressed and could fall asleep in in her own home surrounded by love. We are eternally grateful

Really impressed with the vets at Hartshorne. At other surgeries my cat is a terror and turns feral. A lion would be better behaved. But at Hartshorne vets they must put a spell on him. He's so calm and relaxed with the staff. I highly recommend this surgery if your cat is troublesome at the vets as they have worked wonders with mine.

We go to Medivet for years now. But this time our doggy got really poorly, he was in pain and lost weight. He's 12, and I was so worried we might loose him. He had an op, everything was clearly explained to me prior and I was contacted throughout the process. It wasn't cheap, but I must express how grateful I am to everyone who saved him. He is back to himself and in good health now. Thanks to all staff for being kind, patient and understanding ❤️

Our dog had his teeth cleaned here recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and helped ease our worries about the procedure as he had never been under anaesthetic before. They looked after him so well and I will happily trust them to care for him again. I highly recommend this practice to all pet owners in the area.

Every time I’ve had to go to St Leonard’s with my dog, the team have been amazing and supportive. They give perfect advice and you can really tell that they care for the animals. The fact that there is an emergency vet service available as well really puts my mind at ease. I wouldn’t want Casper to be seen by anyone else 🧡

I took archie my jack chi puppy to medi vet when he was 2 and a half month old for his 1st and 2nd vaccinations flea and worm tablets everything was explained bout the vaccinations I then took him back for problems with his anul glands again all explained so I understood the medication and again took him back for castration teeth extraction claws clipped it was so easy to book appointments reception team are exeptional Archie is now 1 and half year old and thriving being his cheeky self BIG THANKYOU TO ALL THE TEAM FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF MY ARCHIE would definitely recommend any pet owners to go to Medivet 100% POSITIVE

I decided to bring my dog to this vet practice after all the amazing reviews. The vet was absolutely wonderful with my dog and I have no complaints about her. However the receptionist was unkind and unfriendly to us. I have a big dog - almost 100 lbs and my husband couldn't join us to the appointment. She asked me to weigh my dog alone - no one came to help me or asked if I needed any help. When the reception was busy and full of cats I have asked if I could wait in a quiet room as my dog could get agitated in a new environment. She have told me to wait outside even though it was a cold rainy day. During the entire time I had no assistance, no friendly manners and I didn't feel welcomed to the practice. I have joined their plan per suggestion of the vet and again the receptionist was quite reluctant to enrol my dog, saying first she will send the information via email. I have never received any emails from the practice including my invoices which makes me think if her cold manners to me it's regarding the fact that I am an immigrant and not a local resident. Which is a shame as their practice seems lovely and the vet is really good. After my first review they changed completely with me and my dog. I can't praise them enough about taking care of my Skyla.

Brilliant recomend for any of your pets needs. The only place that has helped my frenchie with his sickness and boas surgery. Prices are great too. Can't give them enough praise. People please go there 🥰

I honestly cannot recommend Paw Prints Vets enough—they've been absolutely incredible looking after my cat, Penny. From the very first appointment, everything was handled swiftly and professionally. They carried out all necessary tests promptly, including blood tests, a steroid injection, and an anti-emetic treatment to ease Penny's discomfort. Dr Lisa Sessions went above and beyond by calling me personally at 8 pm the very same day with Penny's blood test results, showing just how dedicated they are to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, Penny's condition deteriorated overnight, but the wonderful receptionist Wendy was incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment despite a busy schedule. Penny received another round of treatments immediately, and they promptly arranged an emergency ultrasound for Monday to further investigate her condition. The entire team at Paw Prints has shown genuine compassion and care every step of the way. It's so reassuring to know that Penny is in such dedicated, capable hands. Thank you so much to everyone at Paw Prints Vets for your kindness, efficiency, and genuine love for animals.

I was recommended this vets by a friend as I wasn't happy with my old vets. The vets we've seen have been so lovely. My dog had all his teeth out and it was such a smooth process and he recovered quickly. I'm so happy with this vets, I'm even happy to drive from where I live in Oakwood!

I had to have my lovely cat put to sleep last Monday and although I was heartbroken the sensitive and caring way it was done really helped the vet and the staff were wonderful

Excellent vets. My 15 year old dog having problems with her eyes, only option was to remove her eye, until I took her to this vets. They saved her eye with treatment , amazing care. Staff seem to love the animals, not the case at my old vets. Prices are much more reasonable too . I love the thank you cards posted everywhere, which goes to show how popular they are.

Took my beautiful but extremely nervous Springer Spaniel for her visit to Marshall and Till today I was so impressed all the staff are an absolute delight Our veterinary consultation with Charlotte was excellent she was so kind and caring. This is a good vets practice. The receptionists are nice and compassionate, and the vets seem entirely professional and competent, and nice people too. All vets are pricey, this one is probably marginally cheaper than some.

Absolutely amazing vets, could not recommend them more. Even sent a card after we had to have our dog pts and they were so compassionate.

Our dogs go here & we are part of the Pet Plan (which is great value for money). They are lovely and caring, definitely want the best for the animals. We have seen differing nurses when we have been which has made it slightly confusing to try and communicate what is happening with the dogs sometimes, but they are good.

So pleased with the care my dog Tilly received today at her first visit to Etwall vets , Lydia P the vet was so caring and professional and Nicky ? the receptionist was lovely too . So glad I’ve registered my Jack Russell’s at Etwall vets .

After a challenging experience with other vets, I chose Etwall Vets, and it was the best decision! Last week, I faced the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved cat down, and their compassion made all the difference. They provided me with all the time I needed, showing genuine care and understanding throughout the process. I received my cat's ashes today, accompanied by her paw and nose prints, as well as a heartfelt card. These mementos mean everything to me, and I am deeply grateful for them. Having just transferred my 9 dogs to Etwall Vets from an uncaring big corporate group vets whom I had been with for more than 20years! What a difference… from walking into the surgery being met by a lovely greeting from the receptionist both myself and my dog to seeing Raquel and Amanda who did the most thorough examinations my dog has ever had and taking the time to give me their expert opinions without being patronising and understanding costs etc involved. Thoroughly recommend. A big thank you from me and Belle. 🐶😊

I have one dog and one cat registered with blue cross and my dog has to visit monthly, the reception staff know his character and temperament and are always aware of his quirkiness. He sees different students monthly for a lifelong condition, they discuss any new treatments with myself and the vet on duty would confirm the plan. Overall the care they give is exceptional and I always try to give a bit back.

Everyone at Riverside was so lovely when we took our chihuahua in this evening. Hes now recuperating at home after hurting his hip. Pain killers are helping. Thank you so much. Totally recommend this vets 🐕💖

Every time we have visited the staff are all very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I trust each time that my pets are receiving the best care and they are in very safe hands.

Always had good service here. They’ve always managed to fit me in short notice in emergencies and this approach gave us another 6 months with our dog till she sadly passed.
