Good service kept in the loop regarding the treatment and prices asked about other needs of pet but had already sorted before appointment worming etc

We know all the staff by name. We're always made to feel welcome and my pet is loved by them all. I love this vet practice

Cosmin is the best vet ever. Tia our elderly cat became diabetic and needed insulin twice a day. He gave us his time to explain everything. He did not rush any appointments we had with him and his care was not only about our cat but for us too. Sadly this week Tia reached end of life and after 15 years we are heartbroken 💔 the care she received to end her life was sympathetic and we had as much time with her as we wanted. We miss her so much ❤️ Picture taken 6 days before we lost her enjoying her garden and not a care in the world 💕🌈🌈🌈

Every time we have visited the staff are all very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I trust each time that my pets are receiving the best care and they are in very safe hands.

I can only highly recommend their service, they are an excellent & genuinely caring team, from reception staff to the vets. The fees are reasonable too. I feel that my pets are in safe, caring & capable hands. We've moved from another vets & this practice seems much better & is well worth the longer journey.

Amazing staff, so understanding a d supportive. Have been taking our dogs here for years and goes without saying that they are in great hands. Never too much trouble to help and empathetic. I have one dog and one cat registered with blue cross and my dog has to visit monthly, the reception staff know his character and temperament and are always aware of his quirkiness. He sees different students monthly for a lifelong condition, they discuss any new treatments with myself and the vet on duty would confirm the plan. Overall the care they give is exceptional and I always try to give a bit back.

We have always taken our Guie Fog puppies to Ashfield House, mainly Bramcote. The staff have always been friendly and professional. The surgery at Bramcote is always clean and has always been a calm environment too.

We’ve had nothing but a great experiences at Ashfield House . They always manage to calm my nervous Labradoodle when he visits .He had to have a big operation on his neck and the vet even phoned us later at night to check up on him. The surgery and waiting room is always spotlessly clean . The vets and the ladies on reception are always friendly and helpful

Rob and Lauren are extremely helpful and welcoming. They both have all the patience and time in the world. Everything was explained properly and Pepe was put at ease by Rob because he'd been really stressed inside his cat carrier. Everything went smoothly and I felt the benefits of the Gold Club. My first time to a vets, so I don't have anything for comparison, but they made me and my rescue dog very welcome and at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional. Upon telephoning during a stressful time they were very calming. An appointment was made immediately. We were greeted by a very friendly and reassuring vet. She was very thorough with her examination of our beautiful dog. She explained what tests she was doing and thoroughly explained the results. She referred us to also see our usual vet straight away as soon as they opened and she would send a report of her findings . She administered 2 injections which helped our dog enormously. When we telephoned our local vet they had already received the report and saw our very poorly dog immediately. An excellent and thorough service, given by a compassionate, caring and very efficient vet. EXCELLENT!!!

Needed emergency care for our cat on a Sunday. The team at Vets Now were responsive, helpful and caring; we were able to attend the local surgery within 40 minutes. After triage the vet was thorough and caring whilst taking good care of our pet. The staff talked me through the processes including insurance claims and payment procedures. Thank you for an excellent experience and for the treatment our cat received; she is well in the way back full health.

On the early hours of New Years Day My Beautiful 12 1/2 year old Dog Marley took a turn for the worst. He had been diagnosed with suspected pneumonia at our regular vets and was given medication but had to wait for x rays to come back from the specialist to confirm it could be cancer. At 4.20am New Year’s Day he started to struggle with his breathing It was so unexpected and I was in a state of panic as he was in distress.We called the emergency vets at Clay Cross who told us to bring him as soon as we possibly could and she reassured me on the phone which helped as I was panicking as you can imagine. When we arrived they greeted myself and family at the door and took us straight through for Marley to be assessed. As soon as the vet assessed Marley without hesitation took him straight through for oxygen as he was struggling to breathe. Unfortunately and great sadness we had to say our goodbyes after being told there was no more to be done for him and we had hope but we knew deep down it was his final journey. I can honestly say we were treat compassionately and everything was explained to us.The staff were very professional, caring and supportive in his final minutes before and during his passing over to Rainbow bridge with us holding him. I’m not a pot of endless money and I no longer had insurance, fees are very high but at the end of the day how can I put a price on ending my Boys suffering so I was more than happy to pay for the excellent care and compassion they provided myself, family and most importantly Marley. I’m now waiting to fetch his ashes and hope the excellent care and compassion continues and thank you for helping us through our darkest day.

Unfortunately my cat had became very unwell on Christmas day. I knew what was needed to be done and was desperate to have him seen as soon as possible to help him not suffer. Thank God Vets Now in Clay Cross was open even on Christmas day which took me by surprise. I was so grateful for the compassion of the Doctor and her helpers and just knowing we all came to right decision to let him rest. Many many thanks 🙏🙏

Our family cat, Susie, was looked after for all of her long life by Davison Vets. And so we took her here, finally, when she became ill for the last time. We experienced such care and sensitivity from all of the staff at the practice, and we were never rushed in any way. Both of the Vets we saw were immensely kind and considerate, but also utterly professional and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t thank everyone enough for the time they took to explain everything to us, at what was a very sad time- Thank You all for helping us through it.

We had to register with this vet in quite a rush (an oversight on my part there), as our otherwise perfectly healthy hamster took a fast turn for the worse over the weekend. From the get-go we were met with compassion and understanding from the receptionists (on the phone and in person), and the lovely vet who saw to our little dude. Alicia, the lovely vet who saw him was gentle, honest, and reassuring despite the situation. After a lifetime of pet ownership before moving to Nottingham, just from this experience I can confidently say this will be our only go to vet in the coming future. Thank you all for the reassuring experience.

We ended up being registered with Davisons after our practice closed during covid. We had 3 cats at the time and the transition was smooth. The vets, nurses & desk staff are all so friendly & I get that caring vibe. I have since adopted a dog and he's somewhat of a regular! I would like to call out Alicia specifically and I prefer to see her if / when I go in as she knows about my dogs history. I dont feel like I'm fighting a battle when I'm going to see them. I feel heard and I feel like I'm advocating for my dog for the right reasons. Thanks to Alicia for listening to my concerns & being hands on (consent based of course) with my dog, meaning we could have imagery done, diagnosis & the appropriate meds for my boy. He's in such a better place now and considering how mild his diagnosis was, the overall belief was that meds weren't needed - but you listened and understood that pain (like in humans) is a unique experience. I cant rate the staff enough & all know who my dog is & care about his wellbeing! (And the kittys absolutely get treated like the royalty they are!!) I feel like I'm part of a family & I cant imagine being at another vets. They've set the bar incredibly high! Thank you!

Could not fault them at all .phoned them on Saturday evening with to me emergency, although I wasn't registered with them . From answering my call straight away with helpfulness and kindness, they saw my dog the minute we got him their and did tests on him with passion. Thankfully he's OK at the moment. I can't thank them enough.

Our cat was very poorly the day after Boxing Day and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her. Jackie the vet and the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. What was a terribly sad situation was made easier for us due to their kindness and attention.
