The end of our gutter had come away from the barge board and was hanging down. Robert came promptly. Unfortunately due to the position of our shed, with a ladder he could only access one end of the gutter; he made a temporary fix and said we needed a cherry picker for full access for a proper repair. Once his cherry picker was repaired he returned with brackets and carried out a full fix.

Robert and his team did a fantastic job fixing our chimneys - incredibly responsive, great communication, great quality of work. Would definitely use direct roofing in the future.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Carl and team were polite, gracious, helpful and determined to fix our leak. Carl in particular was generous and tenacious in his endeavours to resolve a problem which was not as simple as it first seemed. Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. Carl was totally accountable and professional, sending a proper carpenter to sort asap. All good! I highly recommend him, and star his service 10/10 as a result of this.
