I was especially impressed with the quality of their communication. They talked me through the issues, showed me the work they were doing and provided me with a clear understanding and picture of the lifespan of the roof, including future repairs that may be needed down the line. When the job was finished I felt confident that a good job had been done and that as a customer I had been treated with respect and not been taken advantage of. Excellent.
