H roofing were one of 6 or 7 roofing companies that I contacted for a quote for roof repairs, several of which came to our property and provided quotes with varying scope of repairs and pricing. We knew that we had one leak but did not know exactly where the water was getting in, and damp patches on internal chimney facing walls in one or bedrooms. It took a while for Henry (H Roofing) to respond to my initial enquiry seeking a quote, but he explained valid reasons for the delay. Henry came round the next Saturday morning, listened to what we thought needed fixing, then got his ladders of the van and got up onto our roof crest (we have a 3-story property) to take a proper look for himself. Although some of the other roofers who came to our property did get ladders out to look at our roof, Henry was the only one who got onto the roof to inspect the relevant areas close-up. When he came back down from the roof and explained carefully what he had seen and shown photos he had taken whilst up there and what work he thought was required, his attention to detail and his friendly, non-pushy way he conducted himself earned my trust that he knew what he was doing and would be able to resolve our roof issues. When I received the quote a couple of days later, I was pleased to see that the total cost was within our budget, so engaged H Roofing to do the work quoted for. We had had cheaper and more expensive quotes, so Henry’s was mid-range of our set. Our roof repairs required several sections where scaffold was required, this was all part of the total price quoted (something we had budgeted separately for just in case). The work took place over several week in August. At all times Henry kept me informed of when work would be carried out and when upfront deposit and final on completion payments would need to be made. As I was working from home through this period, I was always on hand then Henry had any questions re: work to be done, or to advise repairs done or any additional items that he thought needed to be brought to our attention. In the end we have several additional pieces of work done by H Roofing, including some soffit refixing repairs, but the additional cost was still within our budget. I was very happy with the service provided to us by H Roofing and would recommend them unconditionally. We did in fact refer one of our close neighbours to Henry whilst he was still on our site as they had had a leak in one of their flat roof sections, off the back of the level of service we had received from him.

Henry was a life saver for me. The storm took all my ridge tiles away and broke several tiles on the way down and left loads on the roof. Henry responded very quickly and the work was done in 2 days. Lets just hope the insurance company are as efficient as Henry.

Pete did an amazing job repointing. It's a mucky hard job, but it looks brilliant! Also, Jorden & Nicole did some roof repair. All of them are such hard workers and I cannot thank them enough! I'd highly recommend - Mrs Sims... My mother had the side of her bungalow repointed and some roof repair. She asked me to put this review online because it's too complicated for her. I needed to replace all the tiles on the north elevation of my garage. The original clay tiles had all fragmented since the house was built in 2003. The company that had made these (Swallow Tiles) went out of business a few years later. The quality of these new tiles is far superior to the tiles I am replacing. Far more uniformity but still all the characteristics of a hand made tile. I was able to collect the tiles myself. At all stages of the transaction I found Tudor Tiles to be helpful and a pleasure to deal with despite my relatively small order of just over 400 tiles! My roof looks great now!

Moss covered roof cleaned and treated. Professional and excellent service. Performed all as quoted and carried out efficiently. Completed all within time allocated and left house and garden tidy and clean. Impressed with results.

Greg cleaned our very messy roof, removing moss and dirt that had built up over decades. He was careful , precise and very polite to us and the neighbours, ensuring that the job got done without any fuss or mess. Recommended.

We have a 3 storey house and needed the gutters on all levels cleaning and repairing along with the downpipes and also a lot of moss removing from the roof and a preventative measure applied. Gillies arrived at 0830 and left at 1800. They worked so hard throughout the day - and even repaired a missing ridge tile and loose roof tile for us while up on the cherry picker. They used a cherry picker and scaffolding to access the entire property in a safe manner. They not only cleaned up the garden and driveway after they finished, but they even hosed down the neighbouring properties. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They arrived on time, confirmed the appointment the day before and were friendly yet professional throughout the day. The price was also exactly as per the written quotation and this was confirmed in the written invoice after completion of the work. Our 70 year old house now looks like it has a brand new roof!

Cleaned our roof very thoroughly, plus all gutters, soffits etc. Cleared up all waste and mess and even cleaned neighbours windows for any shared spray/debris. Professional, polite and effective, would happily recommend to anyone.

The team from TW Roofing and in particular Harry were really good, total professionals who did an outstanding Kent peg and tile job on our cottage. Review Harry Harry and the TW Roofing team recently carried out some chimney/roof repairs on my grade listed cottage. I’ll be honest it wasn’t the easiest of jobs to take on but Harry went above and beyond to get this tricky job fixed for me and I am forever grateful for his help. Where previous roofers had failed to fix this problem, Harry managed with a lot of hard work to get it done. Harry and the team were extremely professional and polite from day one, popping by within 24 hours of me contacting him to come and quote the job, he got the drone up to look at the work and to show me the footage.
