We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

We had so many bad experiences with builders leading to months of stress and strain on our family life that we wished we never did our extension - until we got Lee onboard. He's looked after and taken responsibility for areas way beyond the carpentry and tiling, correcting other builder's mistakes and fighting battles on our behalf. Without Lee, I don't know where we'd be right now. He and his team have a work ethic that I've never seen before on a building site. They turn up every day on time, they put in a solid day's work, and they leave you around 5pm with a clean site. Their work is to a really good standard, and Lee is constantly checking with me that I'm happy with it. Lee is a guy you rely on to not just do a good job, but he'll do it properly and make sure he can walk away knowing he'd be happy with it on his own house. He does not cut corners, and he doesn't mess people around. Very few people left in the industry with Lee's integrity, it's so rare. If we were building anything again, there's only one man I'd phone. I'd be happy to wait 18 months longer and pay 50% more to work with Lee on a project. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Lee and his team undertook a large building renovation on our 1930s property in Blean. The work involved a two storey extension to the side and large single floor rear extension as well as a new roof and structural work throughout the rest of the house. We originally chose Lee because he came across as trustworthy and easy to deal with, which thankfully continued throughout our project. As an engineer with particular attention to detail and with previous experience in building myself, it's fair to say I'm sure I wasn't always an easy customer 😀. Lee (and his team) dealt with this very well and I never felt not listened to and Lee always kept us involved in the process. He was always reachable, and if not always returned calls (which certainly isn't always a given these days!). Lee is very personable and made an effort with neighbours to ensure there were no issues. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend. Photos show unfinished as I had always planned to do the remaining work myself.

I contacted Luke and left a message and he got back to me within the hour. I told him the problem I had with my guttering and he said he would call round that day. He arrived at the agreed time and he told me that he was able to complete the repair for me there and then. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure to meet a tradesmen who knew exactly what he was doing! I would have no hesitation in recommending him and would definitely contact him again if I need to in the future. Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Matt at Able to Gable was recommended to me by friends and I can honestly say I wont go anywhere else now. Not only was Matt responsive and answered my call straight away, he managed to fit in an inspection on the same day. Having surveyed the roof inside and out he was able to tell me the problem and give me a quote straight away. The quote was very reasonable, fair and we discussed best options on access and time scales. Within a few days both Matt and Conner were able to remedy the situation and leave me with a safe roof. After storm damage to our roof, we phoned Able to Gable to get a quote on repairs. They were extremely helpful and came out that day to inspect the damage. We had 2 very nice, helpful workmen come out on the Sunday Morning and everything was done within the hour. They were very clean, cleared up any mess & took away all the old broken tiles

Several of our neighbours recommended Wood Roofing and I can see why. They replaced our back roof in early November 2021 after we selected them as they seemed very knowledgeable on their original visit and very helpful. Their quote was very competitive and included scaffolding. On the job they were polite, pleasant, timely and worked well as a team. Any problem which emerged they discussed with us and found a solution. No problem at all having them around the house, excellent service all round.

Patrick & his team did an absolutely fabulous job extending our driveway & paving our patio. Cannot fault them at all & would highly recommend them.

We appointed Jerry and his team to block pave a large driveway at our new property. They grafted endlessly digging up our old concrete pad and grass. The area was prepared and built back up with compacted sub base, membrane and sand to give a decent, consistent gradient before paving. Lots of options available in terms of slabs, paves, designs etc. Very well priced, and a fantastic transformation. Would certainly recommend Elite, and will definitely be back in touch when we need to do the back garden.

Gerry & his workforce were always punctual, they worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. All were polite, courteous and willing to help with mobility elements on the drive. I contacted CHARLES ROOFING earlier this month following my discovery of a serious water leak in my ( tiled / pitched ) roof. I had no previous knowledge of this company, and chose them largely on the strength of the Customer Reviews I found on line. A wise decision; - I was not disappointed, and I would further endorse all the 5-star customer reviews with my own experience. A Charles Roofing team visited my property within hours of my making initial telephone contact. That same evening I had received my ( very attractive ) quote for the work that needed doing, following a full survey and detailed explanation of the activities/ materials required. Following my acceptance of the quote, and agreed start date of today, ( 29th. NOV. ), the team arrived at my home for a 07.30 hrs. start ! Within an hour, the work was well underway, ( in the freezing cold ! ), and it was very obvious that these guys knew what they were doing. I was expecting the job to take all day, but by 14.00 hrs, they were packed up and gone; - and the site was left squeaky clean and spoil free. The highlight of the job, for me, was the fact that several additional tiles were required to completely reconstruct and alter the leaking gulley on my roof; - Charles Roofing managed to obtain 2nd. hand, used tiles which matched the rest of my roof perfectly; - it is fair to say that you would never know that anyone had ever been here to repair and rebuild my roof. We contacted Charles Roofing as we needed a wood burner flue removed from our roof and replaced with a tile vent to connect to a bathroom extractor. Anthony came out to quote within a couple of days of us contacting him. There was some confusion around how the scaffolding had been set up but Anthony kept us up-to-date and it didn’t affect the completion date. We thought it only fair, as it was only after reading all the 5-star reviews that we contacted Anthony, that we left our own 5-star review to confirm what others say. Fast response from Anthony, who quoted a reasonable price to repair the mortar for the ledges from my and my neighbour's roof. We really appreciated being fitted in before Christmas by a good team who braved some strong winds, working up a high ladder. They left our property clean & tidy. So far so good, despite the weather.
