My Fibre glass extension roof needed updating, searching for companies with reliable reviews are like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Roofbuild Ltd came onto my radar, contacting Guy setting up an appointment and turning up on time was a refreshing change for me. Guy was exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. Guy told me he was busy with a large job and would contact me in a few weeks time. In the meantime he emailed me with the price, details of materials and work schedule. Within the time slot he had contacted me and a date set to do the job. This is a family run firm with his two sons Reece and Connor who turned up in a separate van and got to work straight away. The family team were courteous, friendly and professional at all times. I can highly recommend Roofbuild Ltd for the job done, time scale, organisation skills and working practice. I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I was also planning to have a solar system fitted to my flat roof after all the work was completed, I was very impressed with how Maurice and his team in the way they cooperated with the solar installers regards fixings for the panels and cable runs so as to allow a neat installation for me. Excellent service from start to finish. I came home to find bits of my roof had fallen into my upstairs hallway. Roofline came promptly the next day and were able to provide immediate reassurance and a clear quote which was good value. When doing the work the team arrived on time and were exceedingly polite and respectful. They cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished including the inside of the loft. Maurice kept me updated throughout the job and I am really happy with the job they did. I wholeheartedly recommend them

The company fitted a new zinc roof to our garden room just over two years ago. A leak appeared in a soldered seam and they were contacted. They came three days later (when it had stopped raining and effected repairs. No leaks now!

Lee and his team undertook a large building renovation on our 1930s property in Blean. The work involved a two storey extension to the side and large single floor rear extension as well as a new roof and structural work throughout the rest of the house. We originally chose Lee because he came across as trustworthy and easy to deal with, which thankfully continued throughout our project. As an engineer with particular attention to detail and with previous experience in building myself, it's fair to say I'm sure I wasn't always an easy customer 😀. Lee (and his team) dealt with this very well and I never felt not listened to and Lee always kept us involved in the process. He was always reachable, and if not always returned calls (which certainly isn't always a given these days!). Lee is very personable and made an effort with neighbours to ensure there were no issues. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend. Photos show unfinished as I had always planned to do the remaining work myself.

We had so many bad experiences with builders leading to months of stress and strain on our family life that we wished we never did our extension - until we got Lee onboard. He's looked after and taken responsibility for areas way beyond the carpentry and tiling, correcting other builder's mistakes and fighting battles on our behalf. Without Lee, I don't know where we'd be right now. He and his team have a work ethic that I've never seen before on a building site. They turn up every day on time, they put in a solid day's work, and they leave you around 5pm with a clean site. Their work is to a really good standard, and Lee is constantly checking with me that I'm happy with it. Lee is a guy you rely on to not just do a good job, but he'll do it properly and make sure he can walk away knowing he'd be happy with it on his own house. He does not cut corners, and he doesn't mess people around. Very few people left in the industry with Lee's integrity, it's so rare. If we were building anything again, there's only one man I'd phone. I'd be happy to wait 18 months longer and pay 50% more to work with Lee on a project. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Affordable roofing company was friendly and reasonably priced compared with other companies. The work was done quickly and to a good standard. We would use them again.

Was very quick answering my enquiry and very quick to come out and have a look at what needed doing . Responded quick with a quote and arranged everything in a timely manner. We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

I have been using them for years and nothing is ever to much for them. I would not let anyone else do any work on my roof other Chris and his team. If you’re looking for someone to do your roof, these guys are the one!!

Chris has done lots of work for us over the last few years and most recently today he has hung Christmas lights around our roof line and they look wonderful. Chris is reliable, friendly and nice to have around the house.
