Access to our roofing timber fascias and soffits, which had deteriorated badly, was impossible without scaffolding so with his guidance we agreed to the use of UPVC. It looks fantastic and we won’t need to access it again for sometime, which will be a significant long-term saving. Stuart organised and co-ordinated all the work with the scaffolders, which went very smoothly, on time and budget, despite inclement weather. We have a small patio garden full of potted plants and a table and chairs. Stuart came in before the scaffolders started to move it all, so that they had a clear run and came back after they had removed the scaffolding to reinstate it. He took on extra work because he noticed that our flat roof and solar panels had been overrun with pigeons. At a nominal additional cost, he installed preventive measures to minimise the problem in the future. Upon completion he provided a number of photos to show the issues he had overcome.
