I messaged the team one evening about a leaking roof. Reece messaged me the following morning and offered to come round to take a look that day. They were good to their word, keeping me informed of when they were likely to arrive. They came and sorted out a broken tile there and then before returning the following day to address a further underlying issue. They even sorted out some of my worn pointing whilst they were up on the roof for free. They were friendly polite and informative, not to mention hard working and diligent.
